They cancelled two of my appointments. It's unbelievable how they can do this. The first time I went to the GP, I had to ask for time off. I have to work from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and they called me and told me they were canceling my appointment. Then they gave me another appointment, and the same thing happened: they called and told me they were canceling it, and I had to ask for time off again. How can they play with the time of people who have to work? Where can I complain so this doesn't happen? It's a shame, truly infuriating. What's more, they then sent me a message saying I didn't attend the appointment, even though they had already cancelled it. How unfair! But I'll try to find another way to complain.

Incredibly disappointed with the service the admin team are very careless with patient details. Their booking system is completely inflexible meaning often time you cannot use the online system and if you get stuck in a queue behind the only receptionist you are likely to miss your appointment and they will not reschedule it. They are understaffed in both nurses/ Drs and reception team getting an appointment is a nightmare. They offer very limited range of care. I cannot strongly recommend you have any other GP.

My 12:15 GP appointment was canceled because they assumed my quick urine test being negative meant I was fine. I was actually planning to see a doctor today for my ongoing symptoms, but the appointment was canceled. Instead, I was told to go to urgent care, which is inappropriate when I had already scheduled a GP visit.

When I asked for clarification, the person named Ellie shouted at me with contradictory explanations. I ended the call because this behavior is unacceptable. Patients deserve proper care and clear communication—not canceled appointments and shouting.

I saw Physician Krishna Gnanaseelan today. This is my second time and again, I left the appointment feeling confident that my illness was fully explained in such great detail.

His empathy and calmness made my visiting very relaxing.

He was incredibly knowledgeable, so I just want to say Thank You.

My appointment was cancelled, even after i called to inform the team of my delays. I thought there should be adjustments in place for pregnant women who are having some complications. Feeling dizzy and fainty, it was challenging to do anything either. Having to wait two more weeks to be seen by the GP to refer to a specialist is not reasonable.
