I have been a patient at Dr. Azim & Partners for the past 15 years, and it is with deep disappointment that I must say the practice has deteriorated significantly. The human aspect of care has been lost. Patients are being treated purely as numbers; there is no compassion, no flexibility in care, and the new system they introduced, called Patches, is highly cumbersome. Despite critical health needs, if the booking limit is reached, you are simply denied care. There is no safety net, no urgency. I strongly urge anyone looking for a GP to avoid Dr.Azim & Partners. Instead, look at the practice next door—they have been far more responsive and genuinely attentive. I myself am switching, and I encourage others to do so before any serious health issues arise.

This surgery has been consistently great for 30+ years we have been patients. Today (Xmas-eve) they went above and beyond. We are currently away on holiday and (understandably) the Patches website is blocked from foreign log-ins. Whilst getting medical attention from a doctor overseas we needed blood results from tests taken in London last week. We called the surgery and within a couple of minutes they emailed the results saving a huge amount of time and hassle getting them redone over here. Outstanding service. Kudos Dr Azim and Partners. Thank you.

When I visited Dr Azim and Partners, the doctor spoke to me in a rude and disrespectful manner. I tried to explain my health concerns, but I was met with shouting and inappropriate behavior. This kind of patient care is unacceptable and undermines trust. I hope the management takes this seriously and ensures that future patients are treated with respect and professionalism.

"I have been experiencing symptoms of a hernia for some time and contacted my GP for advice. Unfortunately, I feel that my concerns were not taken seriously and I did not receive the guidance or support I needed. I hope that in the future patients with similar issues are given more timely attention and proper care."

I have been a patient at this practice for over 10 years and I can not express how fantastic they have been to me. I was diagnosed with a chronic illness in 2015 and the support I have had from the staff at this practice is priceless. I highly recommend it.
I am forever grateful to them and I can not express my gratitude enough

Don't go near this place!! They do not care about their patients. My Mother was a patient of Dr Aziz for over 30 years. When my Mother died at home, Dr Aziz refused to come and sign on the death certificate thus resulted in my Mothers death going to the Coroner which in turn delayed her funeral. Extremely unprofessional behavior!!

I've been registered at this practice since about 2014. Initially the service was unpredictable, but in the last 3 or 4 years it's been outstanding. I use the surgery about once a year and I've always been seen very quickly, and always felt looked after. Everyone there is polite and professional.

Yesterday I put in a request on Patch at 8am for a mild flu, I received some follow up questions a few hours later, and I was seen by very helpful doctor at 3:45pm. That's what I call fantastic service. Highly recommended.
