Receptionists try to undermine you and give you an appointment that’s weeks in advance when a matter is urgent. Receptionists make you repeat yourself multiple times and don’t listen, even after explaining it as simply as possible.

She tried to say that an appointment isn’t available until two weeks from the date I called but suddenly appointments were available within a few days of me calling, suddenly changing her tone. After repeating the same matter 4 times, she finally gave me an appointment that’s sooner.

Even when you visit the GP, the appointment time isn’t the time you are seen by the Doctor. We had to wait up to half an hour after the appointment time… very disappointing. Seems to be consistent with other people’s reviews.

the worst GP, they make your appointment during the "lunch break" and when you show up for the appointment the door closes in front of you... I don't recommend it. It doesn't deserve a single star... the receptionists don't know how to speak and leave a lot to be desired...

The following review is on behalf of one of my grandmothers:

I’ve been to multiple surgeries over the years and I must say that I have received one of the best services here. I have been seen by the following doctors - Dr Pragna Damani, Dr Bina Kothari and Dr Alan Jumailay.
What stood out the most was their genuine compassion and dedication to my well-being. It's rare to find doctors who combine professionalism with such a warm, personable approach. The office staff was also efficient and welcoming, making each visit smooth and stress-free.

Best GP practice since I've joined them..... brilliant, knowledgeable, helpful, accurate and efficient reception staff of Kashmira, Pragna, Rashika. Phone calls answered promptly.

Dr. Alan, Dr. Beena and the entire team of doctors are extremely supportive.
Just as the rains, air and sunshine are instrumental to maintain the greenery in nature, so is this team's hard efforts to retain the happiness and health of its patients.

Hugely appreciate your unsurpassable services and timely support Kingsedge Surgery.

It used to be a good GP practice, but this week the receptionists kept messing up.

I had an appointment booked for Monday, but they told me that someone else took my appointment so I have another time now. How can someone take my appointment if it's booked for me? When I asked they said it just happened.

Now my appointment time has been changed again because they accidently booked it with the doctor that I don't want to see. There is a doctor that I don't want to see because of mistreatment, and it's been written on my system for months. So I'm unsure as to how they managed to mess this up.

Now they wouldn't listen to how my appointment has been changed constantly and how I need my appointment. Instead she told me that she cannot help me as she has other patients to talk to and that she's going to cancel my appointment. She also said that if I need my appointment I can call back to book and bye.

This isn't okay. I have severe chest pain and problems with breathing. They won't take me seriously and keep changing my appointment. It's despicable.

I was attended appropriately on time. Follow up appointment was given immediately for checks.
Was informed professionally of the issue at hand while remedial action was taken during the consultation taking the results in consideration.

Keep up the good work !

The bad reviews have surprised me. I’ve been at this practice for over 2 years now. The entire staff are kind and helpful, they never let the phone ring for longer than a minute or so before answering and when I’m really in need of an appointment, they always do their best to accommodate me and my baby.

Thank you for all your care so far Kings Edge.
