After many years of going to this practice I can't say I've ever had just a positive experience. Between the sheer rudeness of reception staff, the lack of communication and listening that the GPs do and the fact that I've today had an appointment for a phone call appointment that was not honored, I can't keep going to this practice. The fact I've had to have multiple appointments for years over 1 problem with no help should probably fall under Jess's law.

I want to say a big thank you to the gentleman (Mr Maninder Nandra) I spoke with on Wednesday morning at this practice. After several days of trying to book my GP-prescribed blood test—with two different receptionists telling me the appointments were fully booked and asking me to call back daily—he was the only one who took the extra step to actually help. He immediately suggested referring me to another practice and provided their contact details. Thanks to him, I was able to get a same-day appointment and finally have my blood test done.

I really appreciate his kindness, patience, and willingness to find a solution, especially when I wasn’t feeling well. I’m grateful for his help, and I wish the same level of support had been offered earlier by the other lady staff members—it would have saved a lot of stress and time. But his assistance truly made a difference, and I want to thank him for that.

Never had a negative experience with the medical staff here. All the doctors and nurses and top quality, kind and really want to help. Dr Ahmed especially.

Receptionists are moody always and it seems like a burden to help patients, but when do you not get that at a doctors office

They are terrible. I’ve had so many problems with this medical centre. They never care about people with serious medical conditions. Most of their GPs are impolite, and the strangest thing is that when I mentioned the name of a disease, the GP actually asked me, “What is that? What do you mean?”

During consultations, they only answer one question related to the issue you booked the appointment for. If you try to ask about anything else, they tell you to book another appointment!

I once asked for a new prescription, and the GP told me to buy it over the counter from a pharmacy, then started showing the difference between a drop and a spray, even though I had specifically requested a stronger dosage of that medication.

I also found out on my own that I could apply for a medical exemption form, something they never mentioned. After I submitted it, they told me the GP would sign it and send it for approval. A week later, I received a letter from the organization saying the GP hadn’t signed it and that I needed to go back and ask again.

Based on my experience, this is the worst medical centre I’ve ever dealt with. Absolutely awful service!

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service at this clinic. Booking an appointment is nearly impossible — despite having three people at the reception, it often takes around 30 minutes for someone to answer the phone. The reception staff are consistently unfriendly and lack basic empathy. In particular, the young blonde receptionist is very unprofessional and rude; every time I call, I sincerely hope not to speak with her. It creates a very unpleasant and stressful experience for patients who are already in a vulnerable situation.

Moreover, there is a complete lack of organization when it comes to medical care. Each visit, you are assigned a different doctor, which results in confusion, inconsistency, and no proper follow-up. There is no clear communication or support, and the overall management feels chaotic.

This clinic urgently needs to improve its customer service, internal coordination, and approach to patient care. At the moment, it feels more like a source of frustration than a place of help.

I only gave this place a 1 star, because I was unable to rate it zero. If you are a person with no need to see a Doctor ever, this might be the place for you. If you are a person with a single health need, you are already on dodgy ground.
They claimed to have made a referral for me and I later found out this was a lie, when I approached my new GP who is excellent, by the way. If you have any combined or complex needs, avoid this place. You will never get seen in person, all they offer are phone appointments, however they will put you on a cancer pathway if you're worried about that. That's all the good I have to say about this practice.

The cliche story- rude and unempathetic receptionist.
Wonder they know if they are working in a GP practice where patients who need help are coming- it just shows lack of professionalism and entitled behaviour- the practice is to be blamed as they let this continue in this state.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Every time I need to call them, I ask myself why I even pay for medical insurance. I also ask myself why the NHS allows a GP like this to operate under their organization.

I've read so much research about improving service and quality of care, and it seems like it's applied across the UK—except at this GP.

To improve this place, the first step should be investigating their appointment system. I've called them over a hundred times at 8:30am, waiting for hours with no response. When someone finally answers, the reception staff are rude. I ask, "Can you help me book an appointment?" and she just says, "No, nothing available. Call again tomorrow," and then hangs up.

Shame on a service like this. If I worked at this GP, I wouldn’t stay for even one day—because honestly, I don’t know what this place is, but it doesn’t feel like a real GP practice.
