Excellent services, Front desk staff is very helpful, doctors are concerned about ur wellbeing. Calling experience has been very helpful. Got appointment whenever intended.
Nurse was very supportive to help in addressing our illnesses. Gave valuable advice about how to deal with them.

Apmle parking and Pharmacy onsite is very convenient

Be careful about appointment time and be there 5-10 minutes before time.

Patients coming even 5 minutes late are returned back to book a fresh appointment.

I suffer from excruciating period pain every month, which often affects my ability to work, and I work for the NHS myself, so I know what good care and compassion should look like. Unfortunately, my experiences at this GP practice have been consistently disappointing.

Despite repeatedly visiting about my period pain, I’ve often felt dismissed, gaslit, and not taken seriously. The doctors I’ve seen, who were also female, showed little compassion or understanding. One even said, “maybe your pain tolerance is low,” which is extremely insensitive to anyone experiencing severe menstrual pain.

I had to practically beg for a referral to a gynaecologist and even had to raise my voice just to be taken seriously enough to get a scan. No patient should have to go through that just to be heard.

Because I have medical knowledge, I’m able to advocate for myself and I know what the guidelines should be for women presenting to their GP with symptoms of potential endometriosis , but for those who don’t, I can only imagine how poorly they are treated and how easily their concerns are dismissed.

I now dread coming to this practice whenever I need help for my period pain because I know I’ll likely be met with the same lack of empathy and support.

For any woman suffering from severe period pain or other gynaecological issues, please avoid this surgery at all costs. They do not take women’s health seriously, and you deserve to be listened to and treated with respect.

Doctors are good when you can get to see them. Don't like the system of being sent to a prescriber who cannot or won't charge your medications without consulting the doctors . A waste of patients time which I stressed when trying to get an appointment with a doctor . He said he will call me back on Monday but won't hold my breath. No online appointments available.

I’ve been a patient at this surgery since before the building was even built, but sadly the service has gone downhill. Very disappointing experience with this surgery.

My GP said he would refer me to the respiratory clinic for a sleep study in August 2025. After waiting 7–8 weeks with no contact, I called the practice and was told the referral hadn’t even been sent.

This is completely the doctor’s responsibility and causes unnecessary delays in patient care. This is unacceptable and puts patients’ health at risk. The practice needs to be investigated for poor management and lack of responsibility in handling referrals.

Please avoid this surgery if you can, i am very angry and frustrated

Quality of service is poor here and everything is unorganised. I had to wait more than 30 minutes for my prescription to get sent to the pharmacy. I was not even given an apology for the wasted time. Overall not worth it.

Having been with this practice just over year, I can honestly say that every single member of this practice is wonderful! From the reception staff to the doctors, they all talk to you respectfully and take your concerns seriously. I rang today to book an appointment as I had some concerns, they directly put me on the phone to one of the GPS that owns the practice. They were able to reassure me and book a face to face appointment.

I have never been in a position where I’ve not been able to get an appointment. I have seen various doctors at the practice and each one is highly skilled, professional and respectful. It makes a big change from my previous practice where the receptionists would just bite at you!!

Went to get a prescription from the receptionist and had to wait for ages and got continuously dismissed as she wanted to talk to those with appointments, even those that were waiting behind me. In the end my patience was spread so thin after waiting for ages , I had to leave my prescription there. They also don’t provide appointments at the clinic and send you to a random surgeries when you request an appointment. The service here is disgraceful and the lack of professionalism is shocking. The receptionists are extremely rude and have a disgusting attitude which needs to be put in check with some much needed training.
