Deserves 0 stars. Most horrid experience.
Misinformation, complete of a mess in their systems, no way to contact anybody for 40 minutes, and absolutely shocking attitude when it comes to refunding.

Super unprofessional at every single level.

Booked an appointment for 15:30, they sent me 3 emails confirming the payment, but not containing the video link.

At 14:57 I received an email with the link for an appointment at 14:00!

I tried all the numbers to contact them and replied to every single email they had sent with absolutely no response.

I gave up after 40 minutes and booked from London Doctors Clinic for an appointment in 15 minutes, and was immediately seen, on time.

After an hour a receptionist who had the absolute worst attitude called and tried to reschedule to which I said no thanks and asked for a refund. She was also super unequipped and kept complaining that the machine has timed out and she needs to start again because although they take Amex with stripe integration on the web there’s no other way for them to refund unless I read her my card number and make sure it’s not Amex this time. She didn’t even try to verify the card number she heard was correct and proceeded to “do what the machine tells her to” all the while giving me attitude when it’s obviously a huge blunder of this business! If she can’t handle situations like this with grace, and also so bad at handling modern technology, please do go through some proper training or get someone else to do the job.

Scam! I booked appointments for two different blood tests, which cost me around £150. Both appointments were cancelled by them due to staff sickness.

I kept calling to reschedule, but I never got a clear answer. I even went to the clinic in person to speak with someone, but there was no one there. On that day, the lady at the reception told me that I’m not the only person experiencing these issues.

I emailed them twice to request a refund 10 days ago, but I still haven’t received any response. Avoid!!

I'm so grateful to have met Richa and to have decided to work with her.
