This restaurant is spacious - the left interior from the entrance is where you can dine in and have drinks, while the interior on the opposite side is where you can play board games.

We came there for food, as it was one of the few restaurants open till late.

I ordered the Japanese Salad Box with Chicken (£10.50) and the Tiger Fries (£6.50). The Japanese Salad Box was OK. I didn’t enjoy the peppers in it but that might be different for other people. There was a lot of crispy onions, which was a bonus. There wasn’t enough chicken - I believe there were only three pieces of chicken. Also, I found it a bit dry and not as flavourful as I had hoped. I think it needed a bit of sweetness like light Teriyaki.

However, the Tiger Fries were really good. They were crispy and perfectly paired with the crispy onions and miso hoisin mayo.

The ordering process is a bit different than the traditional one - you scan the QR code that is on the table, which leads you to a menu where you can order and pay online, along with the table number. You can leave a note as well.

Chicken rice salad box is so good please don’t change the recipe!! I’ve had it twice in two days now 😍 I feel like the food here has really improved. When they first opened I was a bit put off by the yakitori but they are now serving fun flavors in the dishes and the fried bao buns are really satisfying. Their staff are friendly too and the space is open enough to feel like you can chill.

A wonderful place to spend time with friends. £7 for 3 hours of complete freedom with their vast array of board games is a brilliant deal. Staff were incredibly helpful with advising us on the variety of games on offer. Drinks and food reasonably priced too. Would highly recommend!

Went with my brother as he had been telling me about this place for months. I should have come earlier!

Super lovely and friendly staff. We had two trout pokes, tiger fries and a couple of pints. We sat by the window, watching people walking by.

The place is spotty clean and has a really funky vibe. I WILL be back (and so should you if you're reading my review!

Badger Badger is a cafe/kitchen space, suitable for drinks, studying and a good hangout overall. Besides the shop is Tanuki Gaming, which is connected to the pub - a boards game space which is £7 pp for 3 hours.

The atmosphere is lively and the customer service is amazing! It brings something new to Deptford and more activity to do.

Prices are mediocre for a night out with friends; my favourite dish was definitely the Tiger Fries! Crispy, with a delicious, generous amount of dried onions. And! The Croquettes were so good! The best ones I've ever had.

This place is incredible! It's a wonderful safe space for people to play board games with friends, with themed nights throughout the week! I've been twice, and the second time I somehow spent 9 hours there with friends.

Already planning to come back in a few days for the Queer gaming night.
