Great place to meet friends 10 out 10 great service fantastic staff and members bowhaven is a great place to help you get better with like minded ppl fact let's fund this centre keep it going we all need this place mental health will be big this year ppl will need centres like this. I can't praise the staff enough for doing a fantastic job looking after us at the centre I have been going three years and it's helped me big time helped me have confidence and help me mix with ppl.like mine own the centre supports over 100 ppl in the community with out the day centre ppl would be lost going know where walking the streets so let's keep the bowhaven it's worth fighting for even if it helps one person it's doing it's job fact but it helps over 100 ppl the centre helps you become independent helps u deal with your mental health.you have ppl to talk to with like-minded people who have been through the same illness so ppl understand you like chatting to your friends. Which is a great way to start the day I find it important to have a place like bow haven in tower hamlets it's part of the community and it helps ppl. Fact
