As people said before, it’s impossible to get a hold of them, and they discharge without any support. They also disregard previous treatment plans made by other teams. And they lie about your other referrals - don’t listen to them if they tell you to contact somewhere that you are on a waiting list for instead of giving you support themselves. Honestly it’s just disgusting and I hope they know how negatively their neglect impacts people who desperately need help.
