I would not recommend to see the podiatrist at the Blackheath complementary Health centre for an ingrown toenail.
We asked for a local anaesthesia but she refused to do it, my son was in pain, she cut the sides of the nail too short and cut the skin on the sides as you can see in the picture. She said he needs to keep a bandage on but he was in pain and I went to the pharmacy next day and the chemist said it is infected and I needed to take my son to the gp because he needs antibiotics and no bandages at all.
Honestly the “podiatrist” didn’t care at all. She just wanted to get £60, What a shame! If she is not able to do it just do not do it. Don’t make it worse!

Would recommend the acupuncture and massage as both are so relaxing. In acupuncture Isabel also uses sound therapy (tuning forks) which is a great addition. Professional, clean, relaxing and wonderful staff. Isabel and Simone are both fantastic. Would highly recommend!

I have never had a massage or any type of therapy before today. I was helped massively by Isabel Milner. She was so welcoming, nurturing and just so positive! She was very accommodating to me and went above and beyond with different therapies to help me with a range of different issues I have been experiencing. I would highly recommend for acupuncture,sound therapy and a massage. I came out feeling very refreshed, I just loved her!

I had a couple of reflexology sessions with Sarah. She is a true miracle worker. Her ability to diagnose and treat is amazing and I am so grateful to her for her assistance on our fertility journey and encouraging the safe arrival of our baby! Can’t recommend her enough.

Highly recommend pregnancy massage with Simone for expecting mums. I’m 39 weeks pregnant and I’ve had two in the last week. She made me feel very relaxed and hit all the right spots. Also great positive encouragement for birth.
