Dr Karim and the team are exceptional. I don't always like what I'm told but, guess what, I'm not a doctor! I can say this: she's shown better care and taken me seriously where dozens of other GPS elsewhere failed, and given me hope for the first time in years. The admin staff are also particularly effective and professional. It's such a relief to find a great GP surgery on the NHS in these difficult times.

Excellent friendly attention. Dr Karim has a gentle thorough approach. Pedro Daniel the nurse practitioner has been so accommodating and gentle when dressing a cut finger. The receptionists have a lovely respectful manner towards patients. This practice is a huge step up from other larger practices in the area.

We have switched to Arcadian Gardens a coupe of months ago due to terrible level of service in another surgery. This has been one of the best decision I made for my wellbeing.
