If I was able to give zero stars I would! This GP has gone downhill. Trying to get an appointment is always a struggle. The reception team are dreadful and are no help. When you eventually get an appointment, the practice is nearly empty and wonder why they always say they are full booked. The whole practice needs a big improvement. It wasn’t like this years ago. I was so grateful and happy with the service. Sadly some good doctors have left. Management needs to do better!

The people controlling admin and booking appointments are the worst I’ve ever had to deal with , bad communication bad tone of voice unclear and lack of English (south Asian lady took my call) if she can’t work booking appointments which is the least stressful bit of being a health worker (which i respect a lot) she should be a cleaner. Told me I have a appointment today but it’s closed and telling me I would receive a call , it’s been 1hr since supposed call

Very bad management & service. Rude reception staff. No appointments. The CQC Care quality or GMC General Medical Practice or any other authority should audit & give recommendations.

I was at Morris House Group Practice today to have my baby's tongue-tie procedure performed. The service was excellent, the doctor explained the procedure very well and everything was very quick and efficient.

Ended up changing GP Practice. It was near enough impossible to book nurse consultations for a contraceptive injection, no one would be helpful in guiding me elsewhere. Nurse Charm was the best thing about this practice that kept me coming back. Last year when I ruptured a disc in my spine no one took me seriously until I physically dragged myself in which was utter agony, and still then because I managed to get there, it couldn’t be that bad, right? There was one lovely doctor who helped me but apart from her the surgery seriously lacks compassion and care for its patients. Receptionists are always extra sharp and snappy, they would benefit from support and client conflict training.

I have no idea why people have written such negative and nasty comments. There are plenty of selfish ignorant individuals who don't turn up for their appointments making the system not workable . Also making stupid appointments for drs to treat their child's colds when you ignorant patients should not be giving your kids antibiotics for a bunged up nose. I think the receptionists have a difficult job to do especially when the patient does not speak English and is here to screw the system and get freeness! Free everything because they have never contributed anything to this country just get freeness man . . People just book appointments and waste NHS money and time when there are genuinely sick people who need that appointment. If it was their own country they would have to pay to see the Dr . So let's run down this service even more because it's FREE!!!!!

So stop dissing Morris house group practice staff & get a life and a job then you won't have time to be sick! As the place not being safe well what do you expect for Tottenham!!!!

I’ve registered here 2 years ago from a worse one, hence everything has been great for me so far. All the doctors and nurses I’ve visited here have been amazing. Nurse Ms Charm Shepherd deserves special mention as she’s extremely helpful and has the right attitude and kind to patients. Free 2 hours parking is a great relief, but when they run immunisation clinic/different jab campaigns finding parking space becomes nightmare. I don’t know if it is due to the management, short of staff or increase in patients, they’ve stopped online appointment booking and getting appointments has become a bit of a trouble recently. Although I go there a bit before 8am whenever I need to see a doctor and book appointment for the same day if available. So far so good for me. Please keep up the good work.
