Doctors i've seen are ok, the receptionist are useless. They booked me in for the wrong type of appointment, They forget to do what they are supposed to do. It can be hard to get through on the phone. Highly recommend finding a different GP as these guys are particularly either overworked or lazy

Having been registered with our local General Practitioner (G.P.) clinic since childhood, I can confidently say that the care and dedication provided by this clinic are truly exceptional. Over the years, this clinic has been a cornerstone of my and my families health and well-being.

From my earliest memories, the clinic has always been a welcoming haven. The waiting area is inviting and has evolved over the years to become even more comfortable and patient-friendly.

The staff at the clinic are nothing short of amazing. Many of the receptionists have been there for years, and their familiarity and kindness make every visit feel like coming home. Enza in particular is professional, efficient and very friendly. She always takes her time and treats you with upmost care and respect

The G.P.s at this clinic have consistently provided expert care throughout my life. I had the privilege of knowing Dr. Dave, who sadly passed away, Dr. Mangaleswaradevi who recently retired and now Dr. Mukhtar who has taken over and is an amazing Dr. The practice nurse, Casandra is also very attentive and supportive. They have a remarkable ability to make patients feel heard and understood. Over the years, they have treated me for everything from childhood illnesses to adult health concerns, always with the same high level of care and attention. Their deep medical knowledge and genuine concern for my well-being have been constants I could rely on.

Having been with this clinic since childhood, I can attest to the trust and confidence they inspire. They have been there through every stage of my life, providing not just medical care, but also guidance, support, and a sense of security.

In conclusion, our local G.P. clinic is more than just a healthcare provider; it is a trusted partner in health. The combination of a welcoming atmosphere, dedicated staff, expert medical care, modern facilities, and community involvement makes it a cornerstone of our community. Receipsonist was being rude and arrogant. (I got 20years experience working here . Go to hell ) .I think the receptionist old lady is
Racist and very hard to get appointment even on the phone when she working. Others stuff is fine and polite. Doctors also good .

I just went his morning to get one appointment and the lady in the reception sent me out straight away and said appointments only on the phone at 8am in the morning. She just gave one appointment on the phone to someone front of me and then told me they are not giving any appointment and n the reception, only on the phone…. Really bad service, not helpful, not friendly.. very rude useless service

The receptionist is just rude and treats you like you are ruining her day with your presence and won't give out full information. Practice manager just ignores complaints and either is never there or doesn't answer emails.
Some doctors are not bad but others are kinda on the same attitude.
If you are considering registering here, please don't.

Terrible customer service skills is clearly a requirement to run the desk at this surgery. You wait several days to get through and then when you do they act like you're causing a nuisance by needing their assistance. If it were possible to give them a minus rating I would. Some good doctors but hardly any access to them and you have to endure the utterly vile attitude of reception to get any. Go elsewhere

Such a terrible experience. I don’t understand staff can be so rude to patients. A member of staff also lied about how long it would take for a prescription to be amended. This is unacceptable! Being nonchalant, rude and having a dismissive attitude should not be tolerated. Absolutely disgusting.

I have been a patient here for a year now. Both doctors are great and have really helped me. The receptionists great, the nurse great and the pharmacist is brilliant. There were very inappropriate receptionists but they have now gone.
