After a frustrating morning trying to get through to the clinic on the phone, I managed to get a late appointment with Dr. Nakrani. I left feeling extremely grateful to the doctor for taking the time to listen to my concerns, examine me and check my notes. A couple of months ago I had an accident where as a kitchen drawer front fell on my hand whilst I was sitting on the floor. Sorting out some empty bottles under my sink that needed throwing away. So of course the next morning at 8.00 am I rang the surgery as I had lost most of the sensation within my right hand. Also I new I had broken at least one finger but what I wanted was an urgent referral from the Doctors surgery to obtain an MRI. Also I was given instructions from not one but two hospitals on what I needed to do. But one of the surgery reception staff and one Doctor claimed I had to go straight to A and E. So I did and I was told by them to return to my Doctor for a request for an MRI. So once again I made an appointment to see my Doctor only to be refused an MRI again. Now as a result of this I have seemed legal advice from a very highly reputable central London Solicitors. Whom have told me this is 100 % medical negligence from the Doctors surgery staff. And this is a breach of the NHS service towards its patients. But as yet I have not pursued my complaint as I am going to give the Doctors surgery one last chance to rectify there mistake. Also I was told nerve damage should be dealt with immediately so its unlikely I will ever get the sensation back in my right hand. Thanks to the reception staff and a certain Doctor of the Clinic. So everyone just be warned that this surgery is not as good as it used to be before Covid.
