I had a few procedures done at Velina Beauty: filling, laser epilation and Inneaqua. Ms. Mercan is truly someone who does her job with love and seriousness and offers the most appropriate procedures. I had Bollywood wax, and it wasn’t even a full Bollywood wax!! very upset they have burnt my private part from waxing it over repeatedly and Worst part is they didn’t even wax all the hair off I have patches all over my private part!!
Worst waxing I’ve ever received.

I went there for a filler than I had an issue after the treatment. She get back to my calls and try to help me out via messaged than she arranged another appointment to see the problem. She did whatever she could've done to make me happy and solve the problem. On the top of it she offered me to refund the money as well. She is a good listener and she is good at job. One of those people you can trust fully and she loves what she is doing. The staff members and very friendly and helpful as well. In terms of hygiene and equipment I can easily say everything is great. Once again, thank you Velina Beauty (Miss. Mercan, she is the owner).

Worst eyelash extension experience ever. She practiced on me literally. Lash was stuck on my skin and they didn’t even last a week. I DONT RECOMMEND for eye lash extensions and is not value for money.
