I have recently registered with Queenswood and been so impressed with their service. The triage system works excellently and the team follow up with a call or text as soon as possible on the same day, often within the hour. On a recent GP app I had a blood test and x ray booked and was asked to come back Monday to check the team had processed. However when I spoke to reception team on way out they said they could do it there and then and save me coming back (this was Suvanna who was also a pleasure to interact with). Great service

Great GPs and staff, no issues getting appointments and the Accurx system makes it easy to contact staff with queries that don’t necessarily fit into a box. We receive an immediate response every time, and find the doctors and receptionists are always keen to help, with patience, empathy and support. Have been with Queenswood for 10 years and grateful to know they are there when we need them.

I have just had the best experience at Queenswood Medical Practice. I spoke to a lovely young woman over a few days, she was kind , polite and understanding (when I jumped down her throat). Awful experience! Been seen by one of the GPs, tried several times to get a referral for a vascular surgeon and they refused, saying I don't have anything concerning, just to be diagnosed back in my country with chronic venous insufficiency.

In my experience they do a good enough job of getting you in for an initial appointment and arranging tests etc. However, the follow up is terrible. Both me and my partner have had multiple instances of having to chase up test results and referrals for months on end. I ended up completing their complaint form regarding one occasion but never heard back from them about it.

Update following surgery response: I'm not entirely satisfied with your response. To give one concrete example of when the surgery has performed poorly: I recently had to chase up a blood test for 2 months before I got the results. Over these two months I messaged at least once a week and was often given erroneous information in response. In all honesty, I'm too tired to speak to your practice manager. I raised my complaint using your online form, as you advise to do on your website, and I had no response.
