If I could rate 0 stars I would. This GP practice is a joke. Constantly having to chase up for your own blood test results. They made me wait for a month for mine and my husband is still waiting for his also over a month. This has been my experience over the last two years. One of the receptionists is really rude no customer service care skills at all. Two GPs have been kind kudos to Dr Alex Hunter she seems like she actually cares but she alone cannot hold up the whole practice. I submitted a complaint and they haven't even gotten back to me within their own timeframes so now I must chase up for me own complaint response. Reflective of my whole experience to be honest - what an absolute joke! If you have an option to go elsewhere I would suggest doing that. I am now registered with another GP and reported this practice to the CQC.

I am deeply shocked by how irresponsible and indifferent the staff is! They simply do not know how to correctly fill out a proof of address. I was there on 30/12/2024. I paid £20 for the service, but I received the necessary paper on 01/07/2025, and that was with errors and there was not enough information about me. How can they miss a patient's birthday in an official government document or an official form? I asked to add a birthday, they added it, but they wrote the street name incorrectly, instead of Moray Mews they indicated Moray Road. How can they not check before filling out such important business papers. They changed the street name, but suddenly other errors occurred! There were 3 errors in 30 minutes and I had to go back three times! Dear commissions or whoever controls this clinic, please pay attention to your employees so that they are responsible and competent. Especially Rosalind Tyler, pay attention when you write a proof of address so that everything is written correctly! I don't want to come back every time to fix your mistake! thank you! 07/01/2025 time 17:13

I have had a great experience with Dr Bevan. He listened to my concerns and straight away dealt with important issues that none of the other Gp's have dealth with in the last couple of years. I highly recommend him. He clearly cares for his patients and is very kind.

I was told to change practice by a pharmacist as apparently Andover is much better. I am beyond disappointed. Firstly, in July I had asked for a referal. The GP typed away and said she would do it. I know there's a long waiting list do just waited for the letter for my appointment. Then by October I followed up. No referal was made. I was given an out of hours appointment to ask for the referal again. I explained that it hadn't been done and please would he sort it. Again it wasn't done. I couldn't get another appointment until December and finally it was submitted. My partner who is extremely unwell and had to stop work needed a referal to a rheumatologist. Lottle did we know the Whittington do not provide this. Why on earth was he referred to the WRONG hospital? The waiting list is a year at UCHL and he was told it would be done and again took months and he at times is housebound. He also needed a mental health phone call that never came.
They are great for seeing my children but their parents need good care too so we can look after them well. Also a letter for PIP is £100!!!! I hope you let me read is before I pay because my partner has seen a number of GPs now and none are consistent.
I'm so let down by this practice. It's so disappointing.

I only have positive words to say about Andover and feel lucky to be in their care. Whenever I have used there only service to book an appointment I have been contacted within 15 minutes and recieved support - amazing. Thanks for all you do.

I had a very good experience with Dr Tom Bevan, who listened to me carefully and thoughtfully, and gave me the productivity I wanted in my GP appointment. I highly recommend him for his expertise and professionalism.

This used to be a good practice but recently it has gone downhill dramatically. The appointment system is a joke. You ask for a telephone appointment and they tell you someone will call you. When they don't call, you ask why and they say you have been given an appointment for next week, but nobody bothered to inform you. Moreover, the doctors seem more interested in getting you out of the door than in actually treating you. They also use excuses not to refer you which border on downright deceit. I know the NHS is under pressure but there is no excuse for the kind of complacency which will inevitably lead to unnecessary patient deaths.
