The doctors are good and care for the patient, however sometimes receptionist lady, not the lady from Turkey which name I sadly don’t remember (always kind) but the newer receptionist seems to be in a hurry always and not attending patients with enough care, didn’t been asked me if I needed help with anything else, straight hung up the phone… what if I needed to request another appointment or ask another question I don’t say this for me but rather people who might not have the facilities to wait 20 minutes for the call to be picked up from reception… manners, respect and care if something everyone should have, even more if you are working in a public health service, thanks

Good General practice, always accommodate for my needs and usually give me an appointment within the same week. It’s also been made easier to book appointments now that it’s online. The doctors and nurses are kind and understanding too.

I had a very frustrating experience with this GP practice when trying to get help for my 5-year-old child. Initially, I tried using their online form, but it wasn’t working, so I had no choice but to call. I called at 4pm and spent a full hour waiting to be answered. For the first 30 minutes, I was stuck at number 3 in the queue, and then spent another 30 minutes at number 1. Finally, my call was answered at 5pm.

After explaining the situation, I was told that the doctor would call me back within the hour. I waited until 6:35pm when the doctor finally called, only to be told that it was now closing time, and there was nothing she could do. Instead, I was advised to call 111, which is something I could have done from the start had I been informed earlier.

The whole experience was incredibly frustrating, and I'm very disappointed with the lack of communication and support. I will be looking into changing GP practices, as this one clearly doesn't prioritize patient care.

Firstly I have to say my experience with the majority of staff here is wonderful really good great doctors nurses and receptionists but yesterday a receptionist pemi was very rude to me on the phone initially very bossy and inappropriate in how she engaged with me .
And I will be putting ina formal complaint. Also if it is incorrect to ring up to make an appointment as was told to me then please do not put that as an option on the phone

A big thank you to the receptionist ,who tried to call me back a few times when my phone was not working) and the GPs, especially Dr Lichtenstein for working so hard to accommodate my request. The online service is very user friendly and in an era where the NHS is overwhelmed , I was amazed to be contacted so quickly. Your team made a massive difference for me today. Thank you !

Honestly this is by far the best practice I have ever had the pleasure of being registered with. You can always get an appointment when you need it. They are great at dealing with things in the practice but also refer when necessary. The thing I love the most is that I actually fully trust in their opinion on my health and the treatments they offer me.

My mother had a health check today with Nana and honestly had the worst experience ever due to her unprofessionalism and complete rudeness!!!
Nana had a rotten attitude continued to dismiss her when she tried to correct incorrect information she had on her. The entire experience was disgusting and it’s unbelievable how she is free to treat patients in such an awful manor . When told a complaint will be made she screamed to leave her office in the same fashion as a child having a tantrum! Absolutely shocking! An appointment should be a safe space for patients to discuss their health concern without a nurse with a god complex becoming defensive, insulting and degrading . After all this the assessment wasn’t even completed, her Incompetents is on another level. If I could give zero stars I would, disgusting conduct .

Great surgery. Staff are helpful and responsive - have always been called back the same day when I've requested an appointment. Had yet another excellent experience with them today when we were worried about a rash on our 18 month old. We were seen within the hour. The receptionist and the doctor were great.
