Quite incredible; we’re blown away by the staff professionalism, kindness, and responsiveness during the new patient registration process, which was completed in an absolutely timely manner.

The whole experience clearly shows a great ethos dominant on this surgery. Such service is quite extraordinary in the era where GPs and the whole NHS are under scrutiny. And for me is even more so as our previous GP surgery was probably amongst the worst in the country.

We have been with Millway for many years and found their attention kindness and support excellent. We are not e-consult savy and they respect that and help us.
In the past few months my husband has been particularly poorly. The reception staff and Doctors have looked after him with such care and kindness. A special mention for Dr Peter, Dr K Patel and Dr Adnan. We are so grateful 🙏 for their kindness and support.

I am 83 years old and for the last year have been a patient at the Millway Medical Practice in Mill Hill having been a patient in various other NHS clinics previously.
I have not had the fortune of having such exemplary service in any other clinic as I have now. The medical and administrative staff I have met have been exceptionally pleasant, professional, well meaning and helpful to whom I am very grateful.

This GP surgery has restored my faith in NHS. Earlier I was registered with Langstone way and it was unbelievably awful experience. I had stopped believing in NHS at all and would go private for ever small/big issue and have spent in thousands, or would just keep waiting at home hoping my immune system would do some magic and that the health issue would go on it's own :P.
Eventually We moved to this surgery (better late than never) and I am so relieved we did. I have managed to get appointments with ease here, and the reception, doctors, nurses, all staff are good.
I would say a big thanks to the management team and whoever is head of this surgery that they are able to accommodate and take care of patients so well.
