The worst, they only care about funding, one social worker was making inappropriate comments to me he was gone but durning the process of complaining alive lost my kid to the streets he also was stabbed this ppl didn’t put any safety plan for my family.
Now they continue to neglect us nothing is in pace and this has been almost two years now. My kids are at potential harm to be recruited and no safety precautions are in place from housing or social services either .please don’t make the same mistake ai did. don’t seat waiting for them if they neglect you report them and take them to court because this people don’t care.

Repeatedly hang up the phone so impossible to contact. Refused to come out to an elderly neighbour despite our requests for a year pleading for help. When they finally came and realised the extent of her poor health and living conditions it was too late, she died shortly afterwards.

Horrible and inhuman. They are only there to destroy without any consequence and does not consider the emotional well being that children can go through as a result of their decision like they made your creation. My experience is not great they fail to communicate effectively and they do not help men at all with anything. This service with be reported to watchdog, news outlets and government mp's to take action. They need better staff, new training and realistic guidelines to help families.

We remember baby P! We remember how this agency failed him! We remember how he was overlooked and turned away from by the one system set in place meant to protect him! There is no greater crime than the ones we choose not to acknowledge!
