Together with my partner we attended a private gong bath session. That was a superb ceremony. Albert goes out of the way to assist, help and provide highly effective relaxing and healing experience. He is highly knowledgeable and super patient and very much client- focused. My partner suffered from lingering arm & neck pain which was successfully released after the session which involved gong bath, ritual with guardian angels and spirit guides. Another aspect which we loved is how welcoming of our dogs Albert was. Superb spiritual experience.

Lake of Frequency Retreat 2024

I’m still profoundly moved by all I have experienced at the retreat organised by Joanna and Al. It was a sacred space resonating with teachings of wisdom, healings, friendships and joy. The well organised event ensured we were gifted specially printed booklets to help guide us with the use of the plentiful instruments at hand. The added flexibility of the hosts and the organisation in general also allowed for the adjustment of the program based upon individual needs as the days unfolded for both teachers and pupils giving the whole event a bespoke feeling.

I’ve come home inspired and with so much new knowledge that is effecting me positively on all levels. Many of the techniques taught me are now part of my daily practices. Setting the dancing and yoga techniques, cultural and indigenous tribes influence's aside, I wish to add something about the location; a beautiful nature reserve with a lake and woods thrumming to the healing music of nature and an endless sky of fluffy clouds and blue. AND the food!!! It was delicious and plentiful.

It’s not often that one has the opportunity to be taught by masters like Don Conreaux and his daughter Yaelle which was a privilege alone, but they also brought in Tibetan singing classes, conch shell playing, Native American flute playing, Shruti box, singing bowls, tingshas, drumming and sound cymatics to name a few all with professional teachers in their field.

I would sincerely like to thank you all so much for your support and nurture during this unforgettable retreat. It will always remain imprinted in my heart. I am for a better phrase ‘Gong with the wind.’

I purchased a custom made gong with the help from Albert Trinity. I sent my artwork and Albert helped to design this amazing gong. The look is incredible, it's purple and has a mirror finish! The artwork appears to be lasered. Most importantly the sound of this gong is other worldly! There are many quadrants of this gong that when combined make a beautiful symphony of healing sound. Using mallets creates an incredible experience and I strongly suggest ordering a set of Albert's flumies. Bonus points on the flumies, they glow! The gong came with a stout bag for transporting the gong safely. It was packaged very well and survived the shipping process overseas to the US wonderfully. I couldn't be happier. I know it is scary ordering a high ticket sound healing instrument sight and sound unseen but this one actually exceeded my expectations wildly! Thank you so much. If you ever make it to Jacksonville Florida, come here the sound of a choir of angels in this gong!

Wow! Beautiful gongs and a master of his craft. Albert was so accommodating, giving and highly knowledgeable. As I arrived he used sound to ground me after the trip over and was friendly and warm. He gave me ample space to find the perfect gong for me. I will be back for more and investing in training with him in the future. It’s rare to find somewhere to practice gongs and connect with them through playing them in person and Albert provides the perfect space to do that. He’s gongs and other pieces are a work of art and a labour of love. Go and view, you will not be disappointed.

What a wonderful and healing experience it has been studying and learning to play such power instruments with Al. He is in love with what he does and he expresses his passion and loving energy into every teaching session you have with him. Al is very knowledgeable about different processes, how to hold a space, how to manage different energies and he is very open and honest in his teaching approach. I attended the 7 day course at The Lake of Frequency
The course was intense, informative and absolutely life changing.
Not only did I receive a triple accreditation certificate in gong therapy. I have also gained friends for life, mentors and teachers who will be an inspiration forever! I arrived at the resort with no experience about the gong, only an inner guidance that had propelled me to book onto the course. After a quick chat with Joanna I knew I had to do the course with Alchemy Sound Healing.
It’s not only the gong that was taught but so many additional nuggets of gold. The spiritual journey and emotional well-being of the students was carefully managed and nothing left to chance. I have been hugged, gong bathed and nurtured back to my highest self- for this I have nothing but gratitude.

We are trained to become sound healers by AIchemy Sound Healing. We live in Birmingham but we chose to travel to London to be trained by Albert. He is an excellent Teacher and very knowlegable and passionate about sound healing. We can highly recommend If you want to become a sound healer.
