Excellent physio- Dr Chen is very good.
I have scarring on my face due to invasive surgery and he has helped with his techniques to stretch and reduce swollen area.
My surgeons are also commenting on how well my scars are settling down thanks to theses sessions.
Fab on back massage as well.
I would recommend both, she is lovely and great acupuncturist and he is incredible good at massage.
I go weekly and have noticed the benefits.
My husband, friends and other family members also have enjoyed the benefits of Zhenhai healthcare.

I did 3 sessions of acupuncture and cupping with the lady and felt good afterwards. Also, the lady gives amazing, powerful massages, I had a back massage and reflexology. It was the best reflexology I ever had. In general, I think price - performance ratio is good. The only problem might be communication as she is not 100% fluent in English, but for me that wasn't an issue. I would recommend it. For that price, you can give it a go.

Unfortunately, I had a worst-case scenario experience at Zhen Hai last September. During my acupuncture appointment, the practitioner placed needles in my neck and performed an intense massage around them. This left me lightheaded, and I fainted. When I woke up, I had compromised hearing in my left ear along with intense tinnitus. The practitioner told me to go home and rest.

The next morning, I still had no hearing in my left ear, so I went to A&E. Nearly a year later, doctors at the hospital informed me that my hearing is permanently damaged. I returned to Zhen Hai to explain the situation, but the practitioner did not take it seriously at all.

I am at a loss for how to feel and can only hope others see this and are cautious when considering this acupuncture place.

I've never had acupuncture before but enjoyed my experience and had a very good massage and my spine bones were thoroughly clicked! I had electro-acupuncture for tinnitus (I didn't know what was happening so maybe a little more explanation for newbies haha) and felt more relaxed after and was happy to have tried this form of medicine.

I have been coming here for massages and acupuncture since 2006. In the meantime I left the UK and lived in Singapore, France, Switzerland and now the Czech Republic. I keep coming back as I have not experienced a massage that could compare. From small injuries from sports to painful lower back due to hours in front of a computer, Dr. Jiang’s magic hands would fix it all. The combination of relaxed music, heating body parts, acupuncture and finally Dr. Jiang’s skillful massage would always make me feel like I just got re-born. Huge thank you! 🙂

I had a wonderful 1 hour Chinese massage. The owner was professional and the facilities were clean and simple. He asked me what areas I wanted to focus on, and asked me on a few occasions if the pressure was suitable. I will definitely go back. A local gem.
