Unacceptable employee attitude

After 20 minutes in the call queue, when I spoke to the GP employee asking her to make an appointment for me for any day this December, she refused to do so, saying only have appointments availables for children. I tried to explain to her that I have severe back pain that radiates to my legs and arms, however she repeatedly said that she only has notes for children and that if I wanted to call her tomorrow and try or call “999”. After I said that I would file a complaint, she then asked me for my name and date of birth, again refusing to make an appointment. However, through their website they had an appointment available for the next week on December 9th. What is the point of being registered with a GP if it is not possible to have notes from the doctor. Professionalism and promptness in helping is required by employees, however this attitude from this employee who did not even identify herself is unacceptable and actions should be taken as quickly as possible.

The receptionist team is a credit to this practice – they’re always smiling, polite, and eager to help. They make booking appointments and asking for assistance so simple. The manager is attentive and ensures everything is well-organised. A fantastic experience every time!

The receptionist, a Gujarati Indian lady, was very rude and unprofessional. She talks as if she runs the whole GP. Her attitude was terrible, and she clearly needs to learn some basic manners and respect. No patient should be treated this way.

I am really upset because I have been trying to get in touch for over two weeks and I have not been able to. In addition, I am feeling increasingly worn out, it seems that I cannot be okay with all this. This GP does not care about patients. I need a face-to-face consultation with Dr Goh. I had imaging tests and they want a consultation by phone. I would like to know how to see the image by phone? They are probably just waiting for me to commit suicide so they can put it on the rankings. I give up, I have already done my part.

The stuff they don’t know anything about what they do, and my name is not on the list and I book it online. The self check it is not work I went to checking she no do all checks no diabetes? She ask me to ask my Gp and she gets paid for all checks?!

In general I am not happy about it
