Shocked by the arrogance of staff!! Young and not bothered about working more interested in talking to one another!!

Soft play was pitch black due to broke light!!

Staff member was watching a movie instead of watching the safety of kids!

Broken objects just left with a bit of old tape.

No balls for the football court! No balls for the basketball! Place is either freezing or too hot!

Prices have increased also! For what reason I’m not sure the place is worse than when it opened and was cheaper.

The place is becoming a nightmare

Two of us to 7 children and we had a great time. It was very quiet and so we had the space to enjoy.
There are spaces for jumpibg, for climbing, for swinging and for balancing. Really good physical exercise for all of us.
Minus one star because its a shame the space for babies is in a completely separate room, so you cant enjoy both if you have children of different ages.

At my little brother’s birthday party, I encountered several issues that affected my overall experience.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by the party host, who provided valuable information and assistance. However, I found his accessibility to be somewhat limited. I had to search for him to engage in conversation, which would have been more convenient if he had been provided with a phone number for easy communication.

The party experienced a significant setback approximately 40 minutes into the celebration. I attempted to locate the party host but was unable to do so. Instead, I approached a desk worker who exhibited extreme rudeness and an unpleasant attitude. When I inquired about the number of meals prepared for the party, she responded with an unprofessional remark, suggesting that I should have planned better for such a significant event. This was particularly disappointing considering that she was an employee responsible for handling children.

Despite my repeated requests for clarification, the worker’s response remained the same. Recognising that she was unwilling to assist, I left the party in frustration. To my dismay, I discovered that two servings of food were missing for the children. This could have been avoided if the worker had informed me that additional servings could be purchased.

Moving forward, I sought to confirm whether plastic forks or spoons would be provided for the cake. However, the workers informed me that they did not provide these items or sell them. While this was understandable, it was not mentioned to me beforehand. Consequently, I had to rush to purchase them myself, as the party was approaching the cake section.

Overall, the party was satisfactory, but I would not book it again. The prices of the food were excessive for a subpar version of a Happy Meal. The meal consisted of few chicken nuggets and some poor-quality fries, charging prices that were comparable to those found at airports.

If you are considering booking a children’s party here, it is imperative that you take the initiative to purchase all necessary items yourself. Additionally, it is advisable to seek assistance from a friendly and approachable staff member to ensure that all details are accurately communicated and that your needs are met. Unfortunately, I was unable to find such a staff member during my visit, and I regret not having done so.

The Trampoline park is regularly overcrowded, with very little space for people to move around. Profits are being prioritised over safety, especially for young kids. When it is very busy, which is often the case at weekends, there are older kids, aged 10 and above, running, knocking over 2-3 year olds. Better ask you to sign an injury waiver, but surely they are legally responsible if an accident occurs due to overcrowding and purposely mixing 2-3 year olds with rowdy 10+ year olds.

As a swimmer, this is quite a luxury to have such a facility in Walthamstow. The 25m pool is modern, clean changing rooms, simple £1 lockers (which does not swallow a token), ample showers and allows the use of swim equipment to improve your stroke. I love swimming in this pool! The score has been docked as when there are lessons (both kids, adults or swim clubs), the availability for public lane swimming drastically diminishes (pool rage inducing). I wish this was better managed by the centre to always ensure there is a fast, medium and slow lane at all times and for this to be communicated via the booking app.
