Had a brilliant experience here today. I received a text around lunch time offering my son a flu vaccination and at the click of a button I was able to book him in for an appointment later this afternoon. We walked straight in and the doctor was absolutely exceptional with my two year old. So impressed.

I was worried about my upcoming ultrasound appointment here due to general negative reviews of the surgery. As far as the overall reception experience was standard, the lady performing an ultrasound on me (her name was Krish, I believe. Sorry if I misspelled it)was so so lovely and kind. She was very gentle and made me feel relaxed.

I have consistently had an exceptional experience at Bingfield. Prior to bingfield my GP was Richie street but after hearing the great quality of service my partner received, I quickly switched and have never looked back!

This review is long overdue as I have been registered with them for just over 1 year and with each appointment, I have felt as though I have been in receipt of private health care! I recently went to the GP to report a skin issue, and although, admittedly not greatly urgent, the doctor scheduled me an appointment the next morning to examine it!

Prior to that I had a more serious ongoing health issue and one of the doctors at the practice relentlessly booked me a series of appointments and referrals until we got to the bottom of it. I’m so grateful for the doctors there and Dr Sam Ashley (one of the loveliest doctors I’ve had the pleasure of treating me) is doing a phenomenal job keeping the high quality of the practice and service consistent! A HUGE thank you to all the doctors that work there.

I had an ultrasound appointment today at 10 am at Bingfield Primary Care Centre. I was told I needed to reschedule because I was only three minutes late, and they refused to do my ultrasound. They didn’t offer any help or alternative solutions. The centre is already in a remote location, and it took me over an hour to get there. Another woman who experienced the same issue was crying and begging in the waiting room. The staff are rude, unhelpful, and show no understanding whatsoever.

I was in need of a same-day appointment, and she went above and beyond to ensure I was accommodated despite the busy schedule.

I feel very happy and lucky to have Bingfield as my GP!

Having been a patient for over six months, seeking care about once a month on average (including multiple tests, requests for referrals, and check ups), I have found the staff (both medical and admin) caring, professional, organized, and extremely prompt.

Just this morning, I submitted an eConsult and received a phone call from Sully, who was great and resolved my request (to send over test results via email) within ten minutes.

Obviously everyone's circumstances and experiences are so different, but mine have been not just good, but consistently great.

Keep up the great work, Bingfield! We see you 🙂

I call the my GP to make an appointment for myself and the lady in reception she was so and she keeps asking me rubbish questions and I have long term disability and health conditions. Rubbish service.
