Incredibly practical, quick support and scheduling team, and same day appointment. The staff is nice, makes you feel welcomed and valued. Dr. was curious about my condition and even asked how it affected me outside of the context he needed.

There's a cost but this clinic delivers on value and efficiency.

Complete waste of time and money, I would not recommend this clinic. I visited this doctor because I was visiting London from overseas, and had a minor health issue arise that required antibiotics. They were able to get me in for an appointment on the same day, which was the only positive part of this experience. The doctors did testing and prescribed antibiotics in the meantime while waiting for the test results. I mentioned to them that I was having painful side effects while waiting for the medicine to work, and asked if they could prescribe or recommend me something for it. The doctors were of no help whatsoever.

At first they offered me no help or alternative to manage the pain. I then had to suggest a medicine that is available over the counter in the US, but was having trouble locating in the UK.
The doctors told me this medicine, that I had suggested, was available at any health store, which it was not. They then told me I should go to the pharmacy to get it. When I went to the pharmacy, they said that any doctor should know that that particular medicine is not sold in the UK, and the alternative that is available in the UK needed a prescription.

When I went back to the doctors with this information and asked for a prescription, they then tried to charge me an additional 70 GBP just to write the prescription.

After much back and forth regarding the additional invoice and me expressing my disappointment with the overall service provided, they agreed to waive the additional fees.

Overall I do not recommend this provider, and have had a much better experience with similar clinics in the area.

I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS TEAM ENOUGH! I visited Same Day Doctor in Queen Anne Street today to get my blood pressure checked and have some blood tests done. The reception staff (including lovely Milo - my new best friend) were so welcoming and friendly. Both Doctor Rashid and the lovely female doctor I saw afterwards were so friendly and helpful. I would give them 10 stars if I could! WONDERFUL PLACE!

Doctors are excellent, available and affordable. I have recommended to everyone I know who needs quick care, or who has a “it’s probably nothing” niggle and doesn’t want to burden the NHS. I’d never have thought of using a private GP before a colleague recommended.

I have been using Same Day Doctor intermittently for 20 years. The receptionists are always friendly and efficient. The doctors I have seen led by Dr Gerlis have given great advice and been kind. The practice is extremely responsive and the results portal works very well.

As always excellent staff and service. Making the appointment to completion of the consultation could not be better. Appointment 5.30pm and results of blood test following morning . Terrific.
