I had my first appointment at this surgery today, and I’m extremely impressed with the service. The appointment booking process was very quick, and I was able to secure a same-day slot.And also the time was spot on, and I didn’t have to wait as they called me exactly on time. The doctor was incredibly friendly (Dr. Wijekoon ) and took the time to listen carefully to all my concerns, which I really appreciated. Overall, an excellent experience!

I am very grateful for this surgery; it is the best in London. I have always been able to get appointments, even out of hours and on weekends, so I never worry about scheduling.

Dr. Bashir and Dr. Ahmad are exceptional, and the reception staff are incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with administrative tasks. Since I registered here, I have never needed to go to A&E because I can always get an appointment and my inquiries are promptly addressed. As a parent, I understand how challenging it can be to take a child to A&E.

I truly want to express my gratitude; I feel very secure knowing my children are in good hands. I have even registered my father here due to my positive experiences. Thank you to all the staff, from the administration to every doctor. A special thank you to Nurse Mary, who has been wonderful.

I am quite happy with service of all Receptionists & manager.
They are very good at taking care of patients.

Unpleasant and unsatisfied to give two stars that the reason is I have bad experiences with Some physicians, they seemed careless and no sympathy at all.

I understand they have dozens of patients in an hour, at least I still except sincere conversation and advice during the appointment.
They didn't listen patiently what are you feeling.
If I describe two reasons in the appt request form, they just pick one and give me prescription.

Just my bad experiences...
I hope not every patient felt the same way as I had.

I'm very happy with this GP. Especially Barbara is a wonderful receptionist. Instead of just giving short answers, having someone who listens and tries to understand you is so valuable these days. I got answers to all my questions, including some paperwork and appointments. I'm glad you're here.
