Radfield Home Care Barnet and Finchley provided a comprehensive training for the carers. Every carer need to pass the training and get the certificate before taking care of the clients. Carers also have an annual training review and appraisal to keep the outstanding service. The management always keep the eyes on the clients and carers to make sure that they are satisfactory or safe . Radfield is a professional home care provider.

Appalling Service - Avoid at All Costs

I had the displeasure of speaking with a woman, and I have never been spoken to in such a rude manner in my life. The lack of basic decency and respect over the phone was shocking. If this is how they treat potential clients, I shudder to think how they would treat my family. These people cannot be trusted to look after your loved ones. I sincerely hope this business shuts down—it would be a relief for the community. Avoid at all costs!
