I’ve been coming to Life by Margot since I was 16 weeks pregnant and can honestly say that the yoga, Pilates and strength classes have made a huge difference to my well-being during this pregnancy. The instructors are all amazing and knowledgeable, always open to everyone at every level and offer modifications depending on your stage and level. The space is clean, beautiful and welcoming! This place has been such a lifeline in the months after birth, as I navigate my new body and rebuild my strength. From my first visit, I felt so welcomed by Sarah, and she has continued to be such a warm and supportive presence. Finding Domenica and personal training with her, as well as attending her classes, has been truly life changing. Thank you, Life by Margot!

LIFE by Margot is just that! “LIFE”! I have been visiting a therapist here for over a year now, and compliment Sophie & Sarah for their wonderful environment! Both of them are the nicest ladies I have ever met - friendly, warm, welcoming, caring and totally professional.Emily is also a credit to the business, as she too has the same attributes. A more relaxing place you could not wish for - it’s clean, bright, and airy, and everyone who visits seems to have the same energy about them, that I get when I step through the front door. A truly special place, with truly special people in it. I wish LIFE by Margot every success for the future and would highly recommend to anyone seeking any kind of treatment!

I have been joining some of the pregnancy yoga classes, as well as a pregnancy massage with Mimi and a pregnancy physio session with Naomi. I have to say it’s such a great venue and I feel very lucky to have something like this within my local area. All classes and appointments I’ve been to have been amazing, and as a repeat customer I can honestly say it has helped me through pregnancy symptoms so far and connecting with people who understand as well as other pregnant ladies. Highly recommend!!

I’ve been coming to postnatal classes for a few months now - there’s a good range of different classes with welcoming staff (who’ll watch your baby if they’re sleeping) and great instructors. Highlight of my mat leave so far!
