Honestly not sure why this place still exists - what you are not told is there is no support for you once you have completed a year of DBT. - regardless of how much your mental health deteriorates in the months afterwards

There is no additional support for anyone with the ‘Personality Disorder’ label, they claim you can return to treatment after 6months if you need too, but I have since found out that you can’t return without being referred by your doctor with another two year wait, and they wonder why suicide rates are what they are

The NHS is so desperate to prove that they’re trying to help people with ‘mental health’ issues, but I’m completely and utterly convinced this is a front mainly for funding/training or promotion and statistic purposes - not the purpose of successfully treating the Personality Disorder or the patient suffering daily with this intolerable deliberating frustrating, painful condition.

If you want you can go bear your most intimate traumatic moments to somebody that will put it in their uni course work, treat you as their favourite Guinea pig and then dismiss you back into the world with no support - good luck to anyone that wants to use this service because it will be short-lived and little improvement to the quality of your life or your mental health.

I agree with other comments that they are liars, especially Mosaic managers and the Brondesbury medical center doctors. Camden and islington nhs trust refuses to deal with complaints and refuses to answer freedom of information request! Complete waste of time when even the ceo office doesn't reply

Nhs complaints procedure does not exist for the benefit of the public. It’s primary purpose is to protect the staff.
