It started off well...now it's an absolute shambles. Specialists not turning up to the consultation, then sending an email thanking me for attending when no doctor actually appeared for the video call. Sorry, I want my £49 back Thankyou.
A lack of communication from Integro in general and has gone down hill hugely. I need a discharge letter in order to find another clinic. We need consistency in our lives regarding our medication. If I don't get it, I cannot sleep (chronic insomnia since birth) and cannot run my clinics/function so we need people to be efficient and communicative.

Refered over 150 people to this clinic who have all been let down. Integro did not follow up with them, left patients in limbo.

We have been asking for months for updates on these clients and no one knows anything.

Everytime the problem is raised they do not take any action to resolve it. Emails ignored. Tried calling them and long hold times in excess of 25 minutes and still can't transfer you to the right person / staff unwilling to call you back. Staff not responding unless a 3rd party physically calls them and asks them to respond.

There are many clinics out there I'm sad to say this is not a clinic we would recommend.

Write prescriptions wrong then don't make up for mistakes.
Customer service is terrible just don't answer your emails as if the problem goes away childish behavior.
Have to pay via bank transfer which isn't really acceptable for a professional medical company.
Not the best at all not even mediocre to be honest.

I sat from13:48 on hold for 2hour 36 mins on the phone went from number 26 in the que then when it got to my turn integro office received my call and hung the phone Tried ring back and was put back to que number 20 terrible waiting hours basically wasted 2 and a half hours of my day to be put back to the back of the que again. Terrible set up

I applied to this clinic. I jumped through all the hoops gathering all the info they needed. It has been months now haven’t heard a word. Considering I’m in really bad pain. Probably not enough money in it for them Absolutely disgusting behaviour

Been with Integro now a few months, I rate them very highly. Turn around time replying to emails is great and staff are all great
