Been at this surgery now for nearly 3 years. Service has always been fantastic, cannot fault. Would, and indeed have, recommended to family and friends. Doctors, nurse and receptionist are always very polite and courteous

Been with them more than 15years they have been nice but since last 1year their receptionist have been always been very rude. I did speak with the management trying to explain the the service I was getting but they were even more rude. Everytime I come for my or my family appointment they always late like 15-20min but they need to understand people's have work. The doctors have always been nice but they really need change the way receptionist treating people's.

Absolutely horrible. Always unresponsive, rude, and impossible to get through to. This week was the final straw - I’m 32 weeks pregnant and my hospital sent them a letter on Thursday advising my GP to write an urgent prescription for gestational diabetes - no response from GP on Thursday so called on Friday - after multiple tries to get through spoke to receptionist who guaranteed they would fill the prescription by EOD - called again at EOD as I’d not heard anything and they again confirmed they would write the prescription before they closed - never heard anything and now cannot reach them as they are closed for the weekend. I’m now two days late getting a drug I need urgently for my baby’s health and trying to reach 111 emergency to obtain the script - this is absolutely unacceptable. I will be changing GPs today. DO NOT REGISTER WITH THIS GP - they do not care at all about their patients.

It happened twice so leaving a review would be beneficial for everyone.

It’s strongly recommended to have a phone call to reception and confirm your appointment before commuting to the surgery. System double booked the same slot and unfortunately the reception neither took any responsibility for crisis management nor offered a fair resolution. Only advice was booking another appointment for another day which is quite disappointing.

Please call the surgery before attending to your appointment to avoid frustration & time waste.

Always helpful, and with clear instructions. The nicest GP receptionist I have ever come across! Despite the 2 minute long message when you call, I have rarely waited for an appointment when I really wasn’t well. I like the online form for when I have a quick query or a annual prescription to pick up.

I am with this practice since 2019 and they always been nice and taken care of me and my panic attack related my health.
Receptionist, Doctor Ruth and the nurse for smear test are amazing.

Been with this gp for about 3 years now. Always felt heard and taken care off. 4 stars bc i never see the same doctor, which I find annoying and the message on the phone is soooo long and then I have to wait in the queue :/ going through the online form is more efficient.
