This is an average GP in East London, answer to everything take paracetamol no matter how bad the symptoms are. But another aspect of why this GP is struggling is people who show up without booking appointments and are made to wait because of people who did book them. They get angry and cause a scene on a regular basis disturbing already sick people. People who go to this practice why don’t you follow the process clearly described on the website. Why don’t you use the tools provided to you, internet or phone. It is easy and reliable to get same day appointments if your case is urgent which all of you shouting people claim yours is. Are you not tired of this chaos yourself? Or this is what your prefer, because it gives you a release and can’t communicate or do things properly. Well stop it, you are inconsiderate and a public nuisance. My advice to reception every time this happens you should firmly push back these idiots and tell them no appointments without following the proper process!!!! Don’t move to East London people it is full of stupid, careless and incompetent people.

I have encountered significant issues with booking an appointment, as well as receiving inconsistent and inaccurate information from various staff members.
I’ve been living in London for a long time, and this is the first time I’ve had such a terrible experience with a GP practice. I went in person to book an appointment, and the receptionist gave me wrong information I called and the assistance is terrible also with misleading information . Every time I tried to get help, it felt like no one was willing to assist me properly. I’ve never had so much trouble trying to get something as simple as an appointment, and it’s been incredibly stressful. Honestly, I never expected this from a healthcare provider in London. This has been the worst service I’ve experienced.
Its frustrating that with our taxes we are paying this terrible service, the staff simply don't care, it's been three weeks trying to book an appointments and I couldn’t get it

Where do.i start!!!
As a support worker for a vulnerable person who's registered at this practice all I can say it's like dealing with dimwits at front desk.
They are incompetent and clueless in the job they're supposed to be doing at front desk.
I have sent an email exactly 14 days ago regarding a query outstanding since July to the practice and two weeks on, still no contact.
If senior staff are not responding then how do you expect the front desk staff to know what to do.
I've even had to re-register the vulnerable patients family with another GP practice because of them being fobbed off when they come in person to the practice.
Calls are NEVER returned!!!even when they say they will get a call back.
It's APPALLING!!
THIS PLACE DESERVES NO STARS .
This vulnerable patient gets sent links to book online when they clearly aren't able to, yet the incompetents working at front desk still send the links despite explaining to them that not everyone can do online bookings.
Awful, Awful, Awful.

About to move practises. Definitely the most in-efficient GP I've been registered at.

Doctors and Physio's are lovely, but the admin team are ineffective. Struggled to get appointments, simple paperwork took months to complete. Most recently submitted a referral, and 11 weeks later they still hadn't done anything about it. I even tried to report a complaint and they didn't even respond to that.

I feel bad saying it, but I'd honestly recommend avoiding this practice if you can, for your own sake and theirs, I doubt think they can take on any more patients.

Alison was outstanding! As a bank staff member on Saturday, she truly made my experience memorable. She's the main reason I even took the time to leave a review. There should be more exceptional staff like her. Without a doubt, she deserves a solid 5-star rating!

This place is so disorganized and inefficient. They rarely pick up the phone, appointments can only be made online in the morning. They close off everything online half way through the day. Anytime I good I am waiting at least 15 minutes past my appointment time before I am seen even if it's an early morning appointment. They referred me to a pharmacy to take care of an ear issue only to be told the pharmacy can only treat children's ears. And on top of all that, today I showed up for my appointment and all of their systems were down.

I’m usually very satisfied by the quality of the service provided by the NHS, but for the first time in years I feel like I need to post to review to incite changes.
I understand that working for the NHS must be tiring, nevertheless I don’t think it stops anyone to keep a professional tone when they address a patient.
I felt like from the moment they called my name I was bothering the practitioner, the tone and body language wasn’t aligning with professional standards and I didn’t feel comfortable telling every details about a complex injury which I think important when it comes to physiotherapy.

Im still waiting for the results of a blood test I had in October of last year. my appointment was supposed to be today (january 2025) but nobody called me. Apparently it's now been moved to Febuary, 4 months after the blood test.
