St Andrews has been my family's GP surgery for the past sixteen years. The team are responsive, professional, ultra-caring and always puts the patient at the heart of everything they do. Now I am getting a bit older, I have needed their services slightly more and I continue to feel supported by both the GP team and the whole support staff. I recently joined st Andrews doctors following my doctors closing (derwent crescent). I have been pleasantly surprised how efficient they are. Twice recently had to book urgent appointments & reception staff were very courteous & helpful. Especially Sandra (I think she's Reception manager) she was so helpful with information & processing required meds. The surgery is clean & tidy & has a lovely atmosphere. When derwent closed I was a patient at Wentworth practice for short while which in comparison was a nightmare! St Andrews is a good medical practise 😁
