I am not pleased with the administration of a particular branch. My daughter used to work for this organisation, however the manager seems to use evasive tactics in giving her a reference and the delay prevents my daughter from getting a start date from her new employer. This is illegal practice and I am thinking of approaching the Care Quality Commission to make a complaint so that this can be investigated as a last resort because I can’t find Churchill’s head office to take it further.
Please advise.
I will not recommend any of my relatives or friends to the care of Churchill Healthcare especially to the branch that my daughter worked.
