I have contacted them to join the experts panel as a Physiotherapy Clinic. I've been told by Sharon Foulkes that they want to make me a preferred therapist in my area and to agree for some low fees than usual. I said yes as I wanted to have patients and I've been asked to provide an ehanced DBS check which costed me £45. I provided all the information needed such as photos of the clinic, completed a long form with all sorts of details and I sent her an email with all the documents on 3rd January 2025. She said that all the documents were received and they are processing my application. After 3 emails sent by me to request updates I received a response on 20th February saying that IPRS is not recruiting practices and I basically lost my time and money trying to join the network. Completely useless person. Being a "Supply Chain Relationship Co-ordinator" and providing wrong information and this level of service is unbelievable. Just avoid this company !

I mostly agree with the other negative reviews.

I visited IPRS Health in January 2025.

it was an awful experience, the person I spoke to was underqualified to provide the advice she provided, she was rude, condecending and provided false information about ADHD and the affect it has on mental health. Because of this, I decided that I would like to not continue with the talking therapy as I needed to speak to someone who took my mental health seriously.

I saught to receive a refund in January 2025 and close this case amicably, and up to now, they are refusing to reimburse me for the 15 minutes I wasted.

For anyone who is considering using IPRS Health, you would be better off talking to the drunk man in the corner of your local pub.

Deserves no stars. IPRS are scam artists. I had a 15 minute assessment with a view to an appointment date within hours and 2 weeks later I heard nothing but got DD for £63. Do not use, the way they treat people will make your mental health worse. All they want is your money and will pull you in promising appointments but just ghost you.

My appointment, even though it was emphasized hat I need consistency in my therapy has been cancelled twice last minute (both times on my first two sessions, both times on the day). They would not adapt to my working pattern even though I was trying to be really flexible for them. I was not given a room to speak out, rather than that short sessions periods felt massively forced and "conveyor belt" like. We were only focusing on "homework" as oppose to dealing with actual issues I've experienced. I would not recommend this service unfortunately.

DO NOT USE THEM! Booked an assessment through my insurance and ended up paying £63 for it. No real help was provided since it was just the assessment. Who charges people for an assessment

I’m not sure what all of the bad reviews are about regarding payments etc, they do advise in the initial that card details will be taken and you’ll be charged if an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours. I have regular sessions with Bally who is so lovely and makes me feel at ease, it’s like talking with somebody I’ve known for years.

Was referred to IPRS via my insurer. They took my card details in the event I missed an appointment and they said they'd only take a payment IF I missed an appointment etc. (I didn't). I had my initial consultation and was refereed on to a specialist. Now, weeks later, I get an email from them saying they're about to charge me £45 for my 'referral fee'. I have confirmed with my insurer no such fee is owed and have had to call my bank to ensure they do not charge me this money. AVOID.

I was charged £150 because I had two important work meetings and had to rearrange my appointments. Apparently this isn't acceptable behaviour for a grown adult in full-time work. As a result, I have pulled out of my sessions as I don't have the luxury of being able to know my exact whereabouts more than 24 hours in advance and I can't handle the financial stress of potentially needing to move an appointment (which I did in as much time as I had available to me).
