It is hard everywhere to see a doctor. I've listened to the reception staff being abused by patients, and not the other way around. I have never had a bad experience in the 10 years residing here. Great practice, brilliant staff.

Rubbish service, the website tells lies by how they handle patient bookings. Claim, even on the phone, they open at 8am yet being told on the phone they are not open until 8am when it's now quater past. Appalling set up, too busy doing very little since the covid excuses began. Not impressed. I'm only on the books because once upon a time they where a better doctors surgery, now its all about competing against the receptionist to get an appointment.

Terrible surgery. Avoid at all costs. Reception staff are rude and lack empathy. It is impossible to see a doctor face to face. I’ve never known a practice so bad.

Great friendly staff unfortunately there is a lack of Dr's which is a big issue as Coxhoe has expanded more patients are joining the medical practice, this surgery needs to address the issue but receptionist's are brilliant. One other problem is I requested a call back from the Dr and 4 weeks later I'm still waiting ?
