Reception staff, doctors and nurses are very friendly and helpful. They also have a useful online messaging service where you can get a response within the same day or the next business day.

They did lose some of my patient information once leading to me having my flu jab late, but it was sorted quickly when I asked for it.

Imperial College Health Centre is truly excellent, and I speak as somebody who has relied on their services for over thirty years. They are streets ahead of any other practice I have ever used (I am in my late sixties), and am baffled that there are others who don’t seem to share my admiration for the extraordinarily professional and caring staff who I find have always done their utmost to deal with the many medical issues that have arisen in my household over the past few decades. All of the staff - even the marvellous receptionists - are friendly and reassuringly knowledgable. Indeed, I believe that the surgery being on campus - and consequently dealing with many young people - has ensured that the staff remain absolutely up-to-date with the very best practices. They deserve top marks in every respect.

The director of the health centre and whoever sends letters to those that call non emergency services should wake up and realize that the health centre doesn't function as it's supposed to. Nobody picks up the phone most of the times, forcing its users to search for alternatives. I'd say there's zero consideration for the actual well-being of imperial students.

The number of bad reviews is incredibly misleading about this practice. In the time I have been in their care, I have interacted with the most caring, professional and efficient team of receptionists, doctors and nurses.

I've been registered with this practice for four years and I only have positive things to say about them. The reception staff are friendly, patient and professional on the phone and in person. I've never had a problem getting an appointment when needed. The doctors and nurses are really helpful and the quality of care is top notch. I feel like the staff at the practice really work together to make sure you're well taken care of. I honestly can't understand all the negative reviews here, it's a great health centre through and through.

This is an excellent GP practice. The staff are tremendously supportive and professional, and the astonishingly hard working receptionists deserve medals (of course, it goes without saying that the doctors and nurses do too). Well done…it can’t have been easy for you over the last few years.

This practice cannot be bettered. It is excellent in all respects, and I have complete confidence in the staff…who seem to remain astonishingly cheerful even in the face of the most difficult patients (and from what I have witnessed, some can be very difficult). This must surely be one of the best practices in London, and we are so lucky to have it…and I have been a patient of theirs for over thirty years, so I am well positioned to judge.
