The nurses are okay and doing their best with incompetent doctors who have a major ego.
They prescribed the same antibiotics to my mum who had an infection. When asked why they had not read the notes and had made a mistake. She’s in the hospital suffering in pain and they don’t listen:

Posting on behalf of Mrs Moezzi.
"I was transferred to Claypond on the 31st of August 2024 for rehabilitation after my total hip operation at Ealing Hospital. My initial reaction was mixed, and I wanted to go home. I was transferred to Rosemary Ward where Dr Jamal explained my care plan. Slowly the nurses started helping me to settle down. Pretty soon I was on my way to recovery. My total pan was beyond my imagination. It was within my comfort zone. Small achievable goals were set by the physio and the occupational therapist. I started gaining confidence within myself. The people who were my inspiration with the nurses mainly, who went beyond their duty to make each and every patient calm down. The dedicated nurses like Akya, Garcia, Remi, Shally, Osben, Bimila, Virginia, Shirley and others who worked tirelessly dedicating themselves for our recovery. Claypond Hospital is a very clean serene place, and all the staff complement and enhance its beauty with their disciplinary care. I am grateful that I was transferred here as I never expected to recover so quickly not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too. God bless NHS and they deserved more than they ask for. Thank you Claypond and your marvellous dedicated staff."

Took my mother to see Lewis Wilson due to her very bad knee pain and Lewis clearly explained the possible causes and the approach he advises to take.
Happy with the appointment based on this experience as I was a bit worried after reading some of the general reviews on here. All the staff we saw from reception to people walking about were very polite and friendly.
Thanks

Place is not worthy of any stars.
Place is a disgrace.
Pill cabinets left open,
Patients notes left on table in the supposed tv room.
(YES do have photos)
Food disgraceful slop on a plate
Left a poor woman who could not feed herself food get cold before anyone came to help.
Next day no one came to help with the pudding and so when the person came to collect plates just took it.
Some of the nurses were very good but majority you felt you were a inconvenienc to them.
Supposed to have physio twice a day was lucky if you saw someone once every two days.
Visiting hours none appalling 45mins slots afternoon and evening all because they wanted you in bed lights out before evening shift
No wonder people regard this place as hell.

This place needs to be investigated undercover. Its far the worst healthcare you can receive. You will only get worse or have newer symptoms than you started with. Please refuse if you are appointed to visit.

My father was here after being in the hospital for a short while, which he was slowly getting better. After a few weeks, he contracted an infection which the dr failed to notice from his symptoms and he sadly passed. I would definitely say don’t allow your family to go to this hospital as they fail to pick up signs and do not take responsibility. This facility is awful in terms of ensuring the wellbeing of their patients. I hope the place burns down!
