I had an issue with the collection of the inhaler (a life safer medicine for me) and the manager was so kind to bring them over to my flat.

Had a prescription transferred here from another branch of the same group. After waiting some time I am given a bag and told that they only have part of the quantity and that I have to come back tomorrow for the balance. Why the first pharmacy didn't tell me that the other branch only had a part order is one of those mysteries that cannot be solved. And why didn't the other pharmacy tell me that they couldn't dispense the full prescription instead of keeping me waiting. I could have taken the prescription to Superdrug or Boots and got it straight away.

I have used this pharmacy for some time. Used to be excellent but recently the customer service is dreadful. I have had problems with the expiry dates on medication dispensed, prescriptions not being ready, and poor communications including incorrect random texts and non return of telephone messages.

Served by the Asian girl. Very brief to the point of rude. No politeness.
The only words spoken to me were "Date of birth?" and "Have you a name?", then handed my prescriptions.
