A great practice with a wonderful caring and kind staff at the reception, all of whom are very helpful. I have perhaps dealt more often with Zu, who is so helpful in sorting out and booking appointments and has a very friendly personality that makes you feel at ease. The rest of the ancillary medical staff are also very professional, kind and make you feel at ease, which is essential in medical care. So in all, a great place to entrust your health to.

I don't understand the bad reviews. I've been with them for 8 years and never had any issues with any reception staff, practitioners or nurses. The only issue can be getting an appointment but they've hugely improved this if it's a follow up appointment as the send you an SMS right after to off you dates and times.

How on earth did some of the reception staff even get employed. There are only 2 staff who are actually polite. The lady with the hijab is unbelievably rude and has no idea of customer service. Train your staff properly or get someone else to do the job!

Dr Ned Tapley was exceptional, very caring and polite. I would recommend him to everyone. The surgery might have had a bit of longer waiting times than expected but that is normal as there were many people coming in. Just have to be a little patient.

This centre has served my mum and dad for the last 10 years and I wouldn't choose another. The customer service is great especially when dealing with the lovely Zuleikha who is always happy to help. She takes the time to explain and simplify the language to make both my parents understand.

Terrible service; not responsive at all. I used to book appointments over the phone, waiting in the queue for almost an hour every time. But it got even worse when they changed it to an online service. Now, they don't answer calls at all, and there are never available appointments to book. They will not answer your admin query (not regular nor urgent), though.

The most horrible medical assistance I have ever received and I come from a 3D world country . Disgusting people, bad service and zero work ethic . The reception had 3 people in total and the doctors wouldn’t accept us for being 10 minutes late . It’s better to close this GP and save some money in taxes than having this no reason of existence wanna be medical assistance centre in our neighbourhood.
