I did not like this because the reception girls do not have the spirit of work and do not receive well and they do not accept them to give you an appointment until after a great please, and if they give you an appointment, it is very far away so that you forget your illness

They are always have no appointments available and when you do blood test you have to chase them for the results. Not professional at all

My daughter’s GP record was closed over a year ago without being informed. Had I not been in for an appointment for myself and wanting to update both our contact details I wouldn’t have known. Apparently reasonable attempts were made to contact me to no avail. No letter was received and next of kin wasn’t contacted so I’m unsure how that’s deemed okay.

I sent a comment on the government website about the way this medical center behaves where the secretariat abuses its role by not answering the phone and not making face-to-face appointments. An elderly lady had to call the police who arrived at 1.45pm. and the lady managed to schedule her appointment but it remains unacceptable it happens on May 7, 2024

This my parents surgery - mum currently not well and I have constantly been ringing to sort out so many issues relating to her. I have to admit they have been wonderful both them and their sister surgery in Neasden. Jay and Camille and also Jasmine from social side have been fantastic- they are what the NHS is all about, they have listened and actioned where necessary I am so impressed with the service I receive from them time and time again. I want send huge thanks out to them and let them thus far have appreciated all their help and well wishes. Please keep up this good work you are credit to the surgery and to the NHS.

If i could rate zero stars i would. People on reception shouldn't be working there at all. So rude. Wants my 2 year old to wait 2weeks to be seen. Says if its so urgent go hospital. When i go hospital and sit for 6hrs the dr then says he needs antibiotics but only gp can give u those. So what do they want people to do exactly? Drop dead & hope they dont come back again? They should knock this gp surgery down. And if u do get an app by absolute sheer luck they want you to go to the neasden surgery when you live right near to greenhill. Why

I am visiting this surgery and I had good service by the counter staff, docs and nurses. I had an appointment in person with the GP in 2 days and Doctor helped me a lot. Was very positive experience, thanks Dr. and all the staff.

My family and I have been with this GP practice for over 10 years. The ladies in reception are very compassionate and understanding especially Camilla she is been absolutely brilliant and attentive when I needed support with some family health scares.
Kerry was also so wonderful and considerate when supporting my elderly mother.

Diana went out of her way to complete my mums checks and blood tests.

And of course our absolute fave is Dr Galina Geltser.

For all those who seem to pick up devises and post only negativity please remember they are humans too and they are working in very busy field and look after many patients so spreading kindness and understanding will go long way.

A++++++ absolutely wonderful experience I had especially in the last few weeks.
