Robin Home Care took care of my 91 year old mother following a 6 week hospital stay for a serious infection. I thought RHC’s standard of professionalism, knowledge, patience and care was absolutely brilliant and I couldn’t have done without them.

When my mother arrived home from hospital RHC know immediately what to do. They checked through all her discharge notes, her medications and the mobilty equipment we had been given. They knew Mum needed additional items and guided me through the process of getting our local authority to provide these.

RHC wrote a very detailed care plan outlining the care my mother needed and all carers visiting her knew what this plan included. They were always on time, they were always smiling and friendly, and I always knew who was coming in advance.

RCH quickly became part of the family and I trusted them.
They clearly knew what they were doing and I was completely comfortable with them around the house - they just got on and cared for Mum!

I think that knowing how to create this kind of trust quickly is what makes RHC really special. The RHC team had smart uniforms although sometimes I felt like they should wear capes like the superheroes they often were.

If RHC noticed a change with Mum’s well being they would let
me knowstraight away, if she was less responsive, seemed more fatigued or generally slower or less mobile. This was always done with great care and frankly tenderness not just towards my Mum but towards her (often exhausted) son also.
I felt like they were keeping an eye on my welfare along with
caring for my Mum.

Eventually my mother’s needs meant she needed full time nursing care and has now gone into a nursing home, but even then RHC still followed up to check on her welfare and just see how she was getting on.

Robin home Care are bullet proof reliable, trustworthy
and do, genuinely, care.
I can’t recommend them highly enough.

I would give Robin Home Care 10 Stars if I could. Robin Home Care provided care for my elderly father who has dementia and arthritis - he has now moved to a residential home. Robin were excellent from the start and took a very thorough briefing from us. Initially we all had to be mindful of Dad's potential reluctance to cooperate with carers - but the carers they sent were of such a high standard that they won him over. Honestly we could not have asked for more: the carers were thorough, conscientious and made great efforts to gain Dad's trust - they genuinely made a difference to his quality of life.

I also have to praise Robin management. Family circumstances and Dad's needs changed quickly at times and we asked Robin on several occasions to step in at very short notice with a revised care package. Management were ALWAYS on it straight away and made huge efforts to get Dad's revised care plan on line immediately - all whilst maintaining the high quality we had become used to at all times. I am so grateful to them and I can honestly recommend them 100% - they will make excellent efforts for you and your loved one.

Robin Home Care started looking after my Aunt on the 7th January this year and I am delighted with the care my Aunt receives. The staff are really kind and friendly and extremely helpful and understanding of my Aunt's needs, The carers are extremely thorough in all their daily tasks and nothing is too much trouble. The managerial staff are also very "hands on" and I am delighted that I discovered Robin Home Care. If anyone is looking for reliable home care for a relative, etc., then I highly recommend Robin Home Care. In my opinion, they are the best.!!!

An excellent home care provider company. Attention to detail and care has been second to none. It was really reassuring to find people who not only have the professional skills of carers but actually care for your loved ones as human beings. Dahbia, Mimi and Daniella are all lovely people who really care for their clients. My friend has been really happy with the service received so far. Highly recommended.
