The carer agency has administration and management problem that will affect the care plain for the client, agency seeking to withdrew care plain that good for the carer not the client, carer that have not respect for dignity of client house should be carer at first. The agency has no knowledge of infection control, and they see it personal problem not as health issue, agency use power to write to third party about client wellbeing, which not true but appear to be done to protect the staff. The agency biggest fear when client have CCTV indoor and outdoor.

I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star! They should be called supreme clean as they clean you out. Carers not turning up when they should. Not doing their jobs properly and stealing £5000 and jewellery! To be told the stress of being accused of stealing is too much for them!! They are diabolical. I have been told by their own office Cameras should be installed. NO THE ‘CARERS’ SHOULD BE TRUSTWORTHY! I bet their not even CRB checked! I will not stop till this company is shut down!!!
