Absolutely appalling experience with the telephone operator Sabita at this healthcare center. As a breast cancer patient, I never expected to be treated with such hostility and lack of basic human decency. Instead of offering assistance, she raised her voice at me, hung up the phone, and left me feeling deeply distressed and in tears.

Patients do not call medical services for fun—we do so because we need help. The last thing anyone struggling with their health needs is to be treated with rudeness and complete disregard for their situation. I couldn’t help but feel that my nationality played a role in her dismissive attitude, which, if true, makes this even more disgraceful.

Healthcare should be a place of compassion, not humiliation. If this is the level of service being provided, serious changes need to be made. People like Sabita should not be in patient-facing roles. I will be escalating this matter, as no one deserves to be treated this way—least of all those who are already going through difficult health conditions.

I strongly advise anyone considering this center to be aware of the unacceptable treatment I received.

Today I was refused an appointment here. They said that if I had high blood pressure, then I need to go to the hospital. But I had high blood pressure a few days ago, and I explained why I can't go to the hospital. But the woman at the reception remained unconvinced and didn't book me an appointment with a doctor.

Ok, so I hate to do this but I think I need to raise this alarm as well as escalate this to CQC.

I'm truly, worried about the services provided by this medical centre.

I had a phone call appointment, at the end of the appointment, the doctor listed things that he would do eg, refer me to a dietician and also a diabetic counselling service WHICH HE DID NOT DO. He did not book me in for a follow up check since my Hba1C was high.

I went to do a smear test and the nurse routinely did my pressure, my pressure was high. She suggested a 24hrs BP monitoring , I did not hear back from this practice about my result. I called and booked an appt with a doctor who was supposed to discuss my result and other questions I have. A pharmacist called and delivered the news that I'm now hypertensive and she was going to start me on Amlodipine. A pharmacist diagnosed me guys!

I enquired if I was still going to speak to a doctor regarding this and subsequent medical issues I have, was wanting to ask them to refer me for an US scan since I was bleeding and also restart my depression medication which the previous doctor promised to do but DIDN'T! I'm not making this up.

I was told by the receptionist that since I spoke to the pharmacist, there was no need speaking to a doctor. This is a supposedly patient who is hearing she's hypertensive for the first time!

I am a nurse with 7yrs work experience, I have never ever in my life seen a practice/doctors so careless and nonchalant about the health of a patient.

I wonder what patients who are registered with them who have chronic conditions are experiencing.

I have reported them to CQC, if you feel you didn't receive the care you needed please file a complaint with CQC.

I wonder how patients or people with long term chronic conditions cope with the level of unprofessionalism displayed by the medical doctors in this practice .

Had a follow-up of my medical condition with Dr Padikalingam. I've seen her afew times lately. She's referred me on for specialist tests. Today was the follow-up for results and how I am in myself.
Dr. Padikalingam listens and reassures my concerns, and she's a gentle and calm professional. I feel I am being understood and cared for.
Please keep her in this practice.
Kind regards Xc

Ive been with Dr khan from stonebridge GP and followed him to Freuchen, reason being he by far the best Doctor for my self and my family.
I do understand that the receptionists have a hard time but they have to treat Pts with respect as we are calling for a reason their empathy and understanding needs great improvement, especially when a patient is feeling low and depressed.
They have to have patience,
Many a time my appointments have been forgotten or nurse cant do what you been booked for, and I, my partner and my daughter have understood but treated quite poorly by receptionist.
We stay registered because of Dr Khan.

I've tried my hardest to get an appointment with my doctor and the receptionist staff always make everything harder than it needs to be, asking for private information that they aren't entitled to but when i ask them for all of my blood test results, i'm not entitled to my own genetic information about my body. i am always polite and understanding when i go in person or when i'm on the phone to get an appointment booked to get it booked quickly but some of the staff make you feel like they don't care about helping people get the support or assistance they need and it makes people not want to come and ask for help because of the hard process you have to go through to get it.
