I had made an appointment to speak with Professor Paul Lee in his Harley Street office. I needed to speak with him regarding the possibility of having stem cell surgery in my left knee. However, in his wisdom, he kindly explained to me that I need a knee replacement. This was soon booked for a fortnight later.
Professor Lee came across as one of the most knowledgeable and compassionate doctors I have ever met. My appointment didn't last very long, as he explained all that I needed to know in a clear, concise and easy to understand way. I felt that I would be in good hands. I am writing this 10 weeks after my surgery for my left knee replacement. The operation was a huge success, and I was able to walk properly and pain-free after a very short time. The wound healed quickly and the swelling subsided after a very short time.
I have been communicating with Sally, Professor Lee's secretary, a number of times via email. She also has been kindly and very efficient.
So, all in all, a huge thank you for a superb experience for the operation itself, my medical care from Professor Lee and the help from Sally.

The facility is truly exceptional. I underwent an MRI, which was a straightforward and painless procedure. I found it amusing that I was boxed in during the procedure. Ladies, consider investing in a diagnosis to alleviate your suffering. It's well spent. The picture is part of the changing room.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Laura Ismail, and I can't recommend her highly enough! She has such a friendly vibe that immediately puts you at ease, which is so important, especially during a time that can feel a bit overwhelming.
She was very thorough during our examination. She took the time to answer all my questions and provided clear explanations about every step of the process and how to achieve our goal. Her supportive approach made a significant difference. I left the appointment feeling informed and confident about the next steps.

I have been with this practice for many years. Their care has been exemplary. The support I have received from the team has been timely and excellent. When a problem has occurred with my condition they have really pulled out the stops and helped. Particular thanks goes to Nicola, Leslie and the team but also to my Specialist Dr Morrison who is always helpful in explaining the results and when needed has prioritised a response when urgently needed.

Really disappointing service and unprofessional. I was booked for a surgery and the room offered for £2450 was a tiny bedsit with a shared bathroom. This was not made clear to me and when I spoke to the manager who took 3 months to reach and only to hear a sorry. No consideration was given for the fact that they should not be letting the room since you can’t even swing a cat in that tiny room.

Will not be using this private hospital again ALTHOUGH I love my surgeon. Food was rubbish.

It was all good, we really liked all staff and everything was clean.
I had to use a removable ramp, which was very steep.
It would be better a permanent ramp, which would make life easier for the staff and patients.

All the team were friendly and helpful each time I visited . Very comfortable waiting area. All very clean and easy to find too. Dr N Padfield was especially super and his chaperone nurse too . Thank you all for your time . I left the building after a pain management appointment feeling much more positive than I had done in a long time.

1. Good preparation process shared beforehand so that I was prepared and I knew what to expect.
2, the staff there are very friendly regardless if they are the chaperone or the attending doctors/nurses. They made me feel at ease through the health assessment process.
3. Very easy for me to secure an appointment - just a couple of emails to get everything sorted out.
