When doctors are not professional nor are the reception staff and they are a waste of time it’s funny how they can ask for a pay rise yet their job they barely know it or of it… please be aware not to be trusting or believing in these doctors I had my fair share of lies and having to know that not all doctors are doctors. Then you realise to be a doctor all you need is Google. Humanity is gone in this place if you value your health please find another place they don’t care about you let alone your well being or health. I learnt this the hard way.

Yesterday I registered at this clinic and immediately made an appointment with a doctor. I was called at the appointed time. Doctor Afsa Awan examined me. She was extremely patient with me (I was very worried about my problem). Doctor Awan not only examined me, prescribed treatment, but also calmed me down. The receptionists are also extremely friendly, caring and professional. I'm always nervous when I have to go to doctors (bad experience). I am very glad that I registered in this clinic and I am extremely grateful to doctor Afsa Awan!🙏❤️

Helpful friendly reception, always busy, but always make time. Excellent care and very impressive follow up from the doctor that I recently saw. I’m a new patient here and the experience has been wholly positive. About a week and a half to get an appointment but that’s the same, or worse, at most practices in London…anecdotally at least. Keep up the good work everyone, and thank you.

I've always had a good experience when coming here. I find when checking in to my appointment the receptionists are always pleasant which is a nice change from another practice I used to be registered with. The waiting time is never usually that bad and there are some really great doctors here, you'll never feel rushed and I do have confidence in them to have my wellbeing as their priority. Also my experience with the practice nurse when getting flu jabs is great she is always so friendly and informative, all round I am quite happy.
I chose to leave this review because there are so many negative reviews but I've not experienced the same issues and think the people working here deserve a little recognition.

Many of the reviews I have read obviously belong to the rude patients I have encountered at the surgery. Demanding, rude and expecting priority over everyone else.
My experience of this Practice over many years has been excellent. At present with the Covid restrictions, the Practice still offers face to face appointments when required, manages to provide a good telephone system for phone appointments and adheres to the necessary cleanliness guidelines. It has been a difficult time for everyone and I consider the arrangements here have been more than acceptable.

Plus side is the horrible receptionist who is mentioned in some older reviews has gone, and ever since she left I've had much better experiences with the reception staff. My personal experience with the doctors is that, although waiting times are pretty shocking (easily half an hour, sometimes an hour) the doctors themselves seem to know what they're doing. With the very important exception of one female doctor (female, second name Kamal, omitted first name cos I'm not sure if you can explicitly name people in reviews). If you make an appointment, ask for anyone except her. Trust me, she is rude and frankly incompetent. The other doctors are far better and generally involve less waiting time.
