My partner came for a laparoscopy in September 2024. We have previously been to different hospitals for this in the past and had extremely bad experiences which has lead to high anxiety around this. However the experience at the Duchy was the complete opposite. The staff were kind, patient, understanding and thorough. They go above and beyond to make sure you have a good experience and the staff all the way from being met at reception to the ward and theatre were kind and reassured me and helped with my trust issues. I can’t thank k them enough

The Circle Health Group have been really great. They gave my mother a 5* treatment in her recovery process. The physiotherapy sessions have been really great. I would like to thank all the staff at the Circle Health Group & also give massive appreciation to the staff at The Blackheath Hospital. I would also like to give thanks to Dr Shah at the Blackheath Hospital who did the knee operation.

I just had my appointment with Muhammad Ismail ( Nottingham branch ) He’s very thorough and professional . He made a provisional diagnosis and swiftly arranged the investigations . 5 stars for Muhammad. Excellent care

First impressions poor, trying to book an MRI scan online, you only have options to chat online or telephone hospital department. It shows one price very different when you speak to department. After numerous emails and online chats still no confirmation for my appointment booked. Basic confirmation of treatment by email isn't much to be asked. Here's hoping the services onsite at Lincoln hospital is better. Scan.com is much better and far cheaper. Thank you Dave

Please do not book with Miss Beena Bandawate she charged me £200 for 7 minutes and refused to refund at Winterbourne Hospital. As she had an emergency surgery she cut my 30 minute appointment to 7 minutes and tapped her card machine and was told the appointment was finished when I was in the middle of speaking. She did not listen to my concerns which has been going on for 20 months and referred me back to the NHS even though I pay for private GP and private hospital. She refused to speak to me after the appointment as my husband was in shock. Please do not use this company as I am having to go through a legal process to retrieve the money. They are very neglectful and will not listen to your concerns if they are caused by the NHS has she works for them. Miss BEENA was very rough in the 90 second examination and left me in a lot of pain which I have never experienced before so I had a 90 minute drive home in pain with no solution to solve my issue and £200 down which I will be recovering. Please you have been warned they only care about money not care.

Just had my MRI Scan at The Chiltern Hospital everything was excellent, Main reception, outstanding service from The Radiotherapy Reception, HCA Kirsty's friendly caring welcome & the care l received from the Radiographers Helen & Pam during my scan nothing was too much trouble.
Fantastic & so professional. Thank you all.

I ve got specific issues and have already declined medical interventions but it’s galling to think that even a leading healthcare group can’t organise a male technician to do an EKG, ECG or stress echo.
Male modesty in front of a woman is a key issue and it’s completely ignored at this place be it Cavell, Hendon or Clementine Churchill.
I’ve had specific issues in my life and now am hampered in even getting private care.
