We were blown away by this Clinic. We are from the US but in London 100+ days per year. Had to have a CT scan on a semi emergency basis. Our Dr here sent us to this clinic and got it done almost immediately. Great facility, amazing people (everyone I met there). They quickly posted results online so that Drs here and in the US could see the results. They said the scans were excellent. London Clinic is a winner in every category.

that competent but medical consultants are excellent which is the main thing!

Very inconsistent care. I was admitted both as inpatient for 12 days and had one visit as out patient . The first time around I had an excellent care as the staff was excellent but when I was admitted again, unfortunately I just didn’t feel the same compassion and care. I had to ask for support and often there will be a delay in arranging things as simple as giving a bath or making sure medicines arrived timely. I will not recommend London clinic to anyone

You couldn't want for better medical care and attention. My whole experience was stress free and positive. A great team offering a great customer care throughout, from super knowledgeable Consultant, caring and at times entertaining nursing team through to porters directing/moving you around the hospital. Super friendly team offering great care, and for me a great outcome.

This hospital and clinic is a cut above the rest. Over the last 10 years I've visited a not insignificant number of hospitals for private surgical care and I can honestly (hand on heart) say this was the best by far. The standard of services, especially nursing care, on admission, during my time before surgery, in theatre, post op, discharge, my consultant and his supporting Dr, was nothing short of exceptional.

A huge 'shout out' goes to the dear nurse that was with me post op on the afternoon of 5th Feb (she knows who she is!). She was a super star - I will never forget her compassionate manner, how she held my hand when I was upset, and caring in every way I can imagine.

I will never forget this Clinic for its absolute professionalism & standard of care. More particularly, for me, an unprecedented excellent experience in each and every way.

(And before the reader jests ... no, I'm not on my pain meds anymore and therefore make this review of sound mind ;-))

Came here to donate bone marrow and was required to have a 2 night stay. Nurses were always polite, welcoming and helpful. Whenever I pressed the buzzer for assistance they responded very quickly, would always knock before entering and assisted me with a smile. The rooms are exceptionally clean and everything you could need is provided. A special shout out to the catering team. A wide variety of food options at all times of day, and amazing taste. I was regularly brought water and checked on to see if I required anything. The anaesthetist did an excellent job of trying to calm a very nervous me down. The surgeon visited me before and after my surgery to discuss with me side effects and concerns. Overall I found my stay exceptional
