I was scared to come here after seen some of the reviews but I'm my particular case, they were fantastic! I am male 47, i was book for a ultrasound because of my hernia, they were right on time, polite and helpful, spotless clean!, they answer all my questions and I was seen like i was the only patient!, really i couldn't ask for more. I come by car, I found paid parking right outside, (I downloaded the ringo app to pay for it), all in all a really good experience, I am very grateful!!!

Went for mammogram very unfriendly woman doing scan - no acknowledgment, no eye contact, felt like an object being pushed about. Whilst looking at my scan she pulled a face and shook her head which was disconcerting. Also asked me twice if breast cancer in my family. Once before scan and then again after. Perhaps she was being thorough but being asked twice made me worry after her facial expressions.The whole experience has left me feeling super anxious. For every scan I’ve had before the person doing it has remained neutral in their expressions and not repeated questions nor did they shove me about like a piece of meat so I found this super unprofessional.

Most efficient eye screening I've ever had - I arrived 15 minutes early and there was nobody waiting so I was seen immediately and out within 5 minutes

I had my breast screen here and staff are extremely rude. I cannot believe how rude and unprofessional the radiographer was. I am disgusted at being spoken to in a condescending, rude and unprofessional tone and language. It was end of day and noone else waiting. Reschedule elsewhere- do not attend here!
Update: sent in a big complaint….. and of course…. No-one has responded!!!

Today I attended In Health at Kentish town Health Centre for an ultrasound scan on my neck. Absolutely first class service provided from start to finish. Taken in before my appointment time of 2:45pm. So I was home much earlier than anticipated. All three staff within the ultrasound unit provided excellent customer service. I cannot praise them enough. Thank you. My daughter attended with me as my carer and they were welcoming and courteous to her too.

I had my Ultrasound today at 11. The staff were extreme rude . It was a transvaginal scan and I was nervous enough but they didn’t let my partner to stay inside the room . They they asked me to change the cloth quickly they mentioned they need to start the scan soon . I found that very rude because why would I take long to change cloth . I came here unwell and was in extreme pain . There behaviours made me feel more bad . I was also not in a stage to say them a word . I hope this review would be seen by the authority. Thanks

Unfortunately I need to give this a 3 star - they were running 50mins late - this was not an emergency service - I was there for a mammogram. I was told that they are always overbooked on purpose ! Maybe just charge those who do not show- I got a parking ticket for my time. The young woman who did the scan would most definitely get 5 stars so i do feel me review was unfair in this aspect. But this type of time management is ridiculous

This was the most painful and unpleasant Brest scan I have ever had. She was so young and uncaring. I went in unafraid and afterwards swore never again. I cryed with pain and asked to be released to be told to stay still. The scan was useless/unclear. My daughter paid for me to have a private scan the week after which reassured me that a Brest scan is not necessarily painful.
